I am one of the victims of this fraudulent company. But why are we keeping quiet? We may not get back our money. But we certainly can do something to protect our brothers and sisters in future. 1. call up customer care of your bank and get the merchant ID of your transaction with Vacations Gateway. 2. Please lodge a complaint with your credit card bank. They will certainly respond. Give them all the details you have about the transaction. Give them the link to this site (Consumer complaints). 3. Contact the Cyber Crimes Cell near you (or anywhere). 4. cooperate with your bank and cyber cell. I have completed points 1 and 2 above. Don't lose heart. I am sure we will eventually win.
