On 6th May 2015 Mr Sandeep an executive of VG called me saying I have won lucky dell laptop in lucky draw. He assured me a Dell Laptop if I take package for 7799/- though I had a doubt I paid as Mr Sandeep assured me the gift. Till now (4/06/2015) I did not receive package nor laptop I was assure that the package will be reached with in 7 working days . Since after 10 days I have been calling to the[protected]call centre no ) no one is giving proper response when ever I called them they are telling that the package is dispatched when i asked to give the docket no they are not given saying within 2 days consignment will be reached to my address. This vocation gateway is totally fraud my humble request is to everyone please dont purchase any sort of packages with this company all are fraud even the customer care people doesnot have any responsibilty they dont even give proper response . Vacations Gateway is completly fraud Cheating all customers giving all false promises.
