Vadodara Traffic Police — wrong memo with hsrp number plate

I have never visited Mandavi and e-memo came to me that I have no HSRP number on my vehicle number GJ06FE3951. I have name plate since one year with HSRP number plate.

Notice Number: VAD01401-[protected], Please check properly the number plate of vehicle for particular problem. In photo I can not see my vehicle as my vehicle is old than 6 years..You can come and visit my vehicle as I do not have that much time to come to police station as this is wrongly sent to me...
