Vainavi Broadband — Service restore in taking long time than they promised

Date of Incident : 4 th June 2015 Compliant Number : 8181 Hi Team, Vaniavi Broadband team is not responding to my complaint even after repetaed calls (daily min 2 calls from 4th June to 11th June) also the respective engineer is also talking rudely.Because of their failure i bought 3G mobile packs and using internet. As per their comments the SLA for any complaint is 4 working hours however Vanavi team is not even taking responsibility to fix my issue Regards, Srinivas.
