I had filled gst application on 18 jan 2023 after that vakilserach not replied on email & phone no also, very bad experience with vakilserach

Just lost 15000/- to these frauds. After paying registrations charges and service fees, the phone numbers of all the executives are turned off! The online chat does not work and when you call the[protected] number, they will only entertain new service enquiries. If you ask them about existing service updates, they will hang up!!! Reporting them to cyber fraud now...

Absolutely fraud 🤥 company. I paid them money for Closing my private limited company. Its been 6 months but nothing happened. When I call, these guys say that they will be calling in 10 minutes with the update then nothing happens.

Hlo apply for gst registration for my business but vakil search team switch off their phone and not respond on my query my contact no [protected] and I pay 400 rs

I have paid for different services but no services has been given. I'm attaching the complete set of tickets created.

Kindly do the needful. I'm really fed up.

Hi Team,

Have paid 5900 for 15month GST filing but no proper action taken after the payment. No proper response to emails and messages and they didnt file for December and January filing. I want the amount to be refunded as I have started with my local adviser.

Can't you ring customers as promised? And when customer rings do you decline calls?

Don't forget you are rendering professional services, this is the best customer service and professionalism you show to your customers?

VakilSearch legal solution company ne mere sath fraud kiya or esi boht si inke khilaaf complaint mene dekhi indian consumer complaint forum par to pata chala ye customers ko cheat karte hain. mene inse ek trademark registration ki service li jiske liye mene inko apne credit card se 20/11/2021 ko Rs 5900 paid kiye payment paid karne se pehle tak ye mujhe din me 5 ya 6 call krke puchte the ki sir aap kab karva rahe hain mene teesre din inko payment kar diya 5900 Rs payment karne ek ghante baad se mera call hi nahi uthaya 10 din tak jab mene 11 ve din boht calls ki tab phn uthaya bola apko backend se call ayegi magr nahi ayi 12 ve din 13 ve din 15 ve din 14, 15, 16, din nikalte rahe main call karta rha call nhi uthi whatsapp par bhi msgs karta rha msgs seen ho jate magr no reply screenshot hain mere paas call recordings bhi hain mentally itna disturb ho gya ki sochne laga kya kru torchar ho gya boht phr pure 25 din nikalne ke bad backend se call ayi to bol rhi madam apki application process me hai apko 499 Rs or pay karne me bola hain itne payment dene ke baad to calls nhi uthayi ab or payment me nhi de sakta mujhe trust nhi app mera payment return karo mujhe nhi chahiye apki service bolne lgi madam payment return nhi karte ham apko future me service le lena ma bola mujhe abhi nhi chahiye ap future ki bat kar rhi ho ap log cheaters ho payment return karo call katdi main preshan hota raha magr koi jwab nhi mails bhi kiye bas yhi likhte rahe 499 or pay kijiye phr mene dusre se karwaya apna trademark qki wo 1 din kam tha or ek din me dusre ne kar diya mare product ka trademark nhi hota to lakho ka nuksaan ho jata or inhone ab tk yani 19/01/2022 tk mera payment return nhi kiya please help and mere payment return ke sath uska mental muawza bhi interest ke insaaf ke sath dilwaye please.

It has been nearly 1 month since i was promised i will get refund of my payment of Rs. 2, 360 . I have tried to contact the Mr. Mohan Adithyan, Business Advisor regd.the issue, he twice promised that issue has been forwarded to backend team and i need to wait and he is not even attending calls or replying my emails . I am not sure where should i go to get my refund.

They are cheater to grab more and more money

I filled a basic inquire form and it said they charge only Rs 499 for the trademark registration. So i paid and then after that they asked for more money to speak to an agent so i denied and I have been asking for a refund of the rs 499 but till now NO refund has been processed and no information of the same. Please help.

Vakilsearch is fooling us from day 1 asking money and escalating even the registration fee to 15k which was initially asked for 5k. Then society board Exp also not told to us but later start demanding of that also. then further a new certification of ward demanded and asked for that fee. we still paid all the money asked for but still the work not been done even after 2 years. and Now more money being asked for from a so called consultant hired by vakilsearch to proceed further, that guy made 4 time application and got rejected because of the reason not known to him also as if we have given money for making application.Even there was no follow up of work ever been made by vakilsearch only we always initiated the feedback. The only given contact of their dumb consultant named kunal. I will also public his name later with the vakilsearch team how they are running fraud racket by looting public money in the name of Consultancy | total- 26k given (including GST)Plus 8k to that vakilsearch consultant on consent of vakilsearch further total - Rs 34k Given Total Amount.its totally mental harassment we are following up u guys for last 2 years now and have become sandwich between vakilsearch and your dumb consultant. This is very bad experience janani. its only only because of your words we are just tolerating this rubbish.Not even Refunded our money even putting so many emails. there is no one to pay heed. so now i have to option to be left.Now its a high time. we are also going to take legal action against them and will public their all emails so that people know how the fraud is run by. its beware msg to all guys to stay away from this #fraudulent company.

Please don't cheat people. This is the biggest scam I've seen. Quality is very poor. Service is poor. they will keep changing the words.

My suggestion

DO NOT CHOOSE VAKKIL SEARCH. If you do so they will make you pay for that. Irresponsible people

Waste time and lot of money

Vakil search is a third class service I ever seen in my life. I will never recommend vakil search to anyone. Mostly the person with extension code 2219 is very irresponsive person.

This company based in Chennai and only the sales reps who contact you to take their services speaks in normal tone, others do not even understand your language or requirements. They will call you 10 times a day until you opt for their services but once you opted for services, they will call you once a day if you missed the call or if they call you during your busy hours, even after so many emails or requests you will not be contacted the time you ask for. These people are untolerable and best part is you wouldn't get a service you paid for and they don't even tell you that the advance you paid towards services will be non refundable

I am one of VakilSearch customers.
I have paid full money for start a private limited on November 2018.
On the date of 16/04/2019 vakilsearch sent me a eReceipt of INC-20-A vide SRN H51710994.

Noted that INC20A for is very important for a company. But till now I have not receive any certificate for INC20-A.
Now my bank needs INC-20A Certificate for company KYC purpose.
When I call to Vakilsearch they do not pick my phone.

I call them multiple time then I started email them but they also do not response my email.
I call them nearly 20 time in last 7 days and email them nearly 10 times but they do not response me.
I email to their all support team, Neetu Yadav - (Company Secretary) Chief, Nethravathi N (Customer Support Officer), Rajesh Subramanian (VP- Head Of Operations) and also Hrishikesh Datar - (Founder and CEO) but they do not reply or call me.

I got some ticket number via message. those are 1737052, 1740679, 1742994.

If they do not help me then I do not able to submit INC20-A certificate to my bank. And if my bank not do my KYC then my business is not able to run.

Never get any service from Vakilsearch.
They want only money.
After taking your money, they sleep and do not response to your call or email.
