December 2017 - made payment for company closure.
Followed up every week. No response for two months.
February - provided documents they asked after i complained to hrishikesh datar (Ceo of vakilsearch)
Then till april - i keep following up and ask them to hurry.
1. Their employees are in no hurry to finish the job.
2. They always send emails on friday evening. So, entire week they dont send anything and just a one line email on friday evening either asking for something or informing that we are working. Then again no update next week.
3. After filing the audit and roc, they again ask me for money for closure. But i had already paid for closure in december. I also paid separately all govt charges separately.
4. They delayed the process of closure and now new year financial year has started and they are asking me to pay for documentation for this year. If they had not delayed for two months, the work would have been done last financial year itself. Was this information helpful? |
1. Sindhuja doesnt know if financial statement needs to be filed or not for closure.
2. When I tell her that send an email stating the requirement, she doesnt want to take ownership. There is no email.
3. She tells me that I haven't paid for the financial statement for 2017-18. I again reminded her that you delayed the work and next year started. You had four months to complete the closure process. If you delay for another nine months and you will force me to pay for next year too. I won't pay for another year because of the delay caused by you.
4. She says, she will check with her team and get back. She is not sure if it is required or not.
Please note that Swapna their another adviser had called me last week, asking me to pay again for closure service and had said that if we do not file the financial statement, the closure application will be rejected.
Sindhuja, another member of Vakilsearch, first says not required. Then when I say, my application should not be rejected by government, said that I hadnt paid for it and ended the call saying she is not sure.
Clinton called but ended the call in between without hearing me completely. What a courtesy these customer support people have!
