[Resolved]  Vakilsearch Legal Solutions — private limited company closure

December 2017 - made payment for company closure.
Followed up every week. No response for two months.
February - provided documents they asked after i complained to hrishikesh datar (Ceo of vakilsearch)
Then till april - i keep following up and ask them to hurry.

1. Their employees are in no hurry to finish the job.
2. They always send emails on friday evening. So, entire week they dont send anything and just a one line email on friday evening either asking for something or informing that we are working. Then again no update next week.
3. After filing the audit and roc, they again ask me for money for closure. But i had already paid for closure in december. I also paid separately all govt charges separately.
4. They delayed the process of closure and now new year financial year has started and they are asking me to pay for documentation for this year. If they had not delayed for two months, the work would have been done last financial year itself.

5. Their teams are not in sync with each other and one has to provide same information multiple number of times. Imagine they asking you for PAN/TAN of company which they had incorporated and maintained since its inception and then they ask such questions on weekend and wait for answer. They also say we have called but nobody called on my mobile. I had to ask them where they called and they had no answer. They didnt call and emailed me that they had called.
6. There was no discussion saying they are adjusting my closure fee with ROC filing fee. There is no email too regarding the same. And now they are saying that they paid to some CA they hired to do the filing for me and that I have to pay. But I have already paid Vakilsearch to do the job for me. They knew my company since they are the ones who did the incorporation and annual filling in 2014-15. I had no third-party involved.
7. Even before I paid for the closure service, I had clear discussion with the Vakilsearch that my current account is closed since more than a year and there are no transactions on it. They knew it. And after I paid, they changed their words saying there should be no transactions for two years. Either their employees are cheating customers or they are asked to do it. Very unethical.
8. I discuss with their advisor Swapna last week that I have paid for it and the ticket is also open for it. Then why she has opened a new ticket? No answer. She was supposed to discuss with her team and get back. But today, I get the same email that I have to pay for closure services. I have already paid for it in December. Why will I pay again?

Today again same thing was mentioned by Clinton (whatsapp person from Vakilsearch) and Sindhuja that I havent paid. And when I told them that I have paid in December, that the work should have been done before the end of financial year. Sindhuja was supposed to get back. They are repeatedly asking me to pay again for completing the process.
1. Sindhuja doesnt know if financial statement needs to be filed or not for closure.
2. When I tell her that send an email stating the requirement, she doesnt want to take ownership. There is no email.
3. She tells me that I haven't paid for the financial statement for 2017-18. I again reminded her that you delayed the work and next year started. You had four months to complete the closure process. If you delay for another nine months and you will force me to pay for next year too. I won't pay for another year because of the delay caused by you.
4. She says, she will check with her team and get back. She is not sure if it is required or not.

Please note that Swapna their another adviser had called me last week, asking me to pay again for closure service and had said that if we do not file the financial statement, the closure application will be rejected.

Sindhuja, another member of Vakilsearch, first says not required. Then when I say, my application should not be rejected by government, said that I hadnt paid for it and ended the call saying she is not sure.

Clinton called but ended the call in between without hearing me completely. What a courtesy these customer support people have!
