[Resolved]  Vakilsearch Legal Solutions — Registration of LLP firm - 30 days

Address: A224, TS Nagar, Trichy Road, Singanallur

A LLP registration that was promised in a month - 45 days time with multiple deliverables, has not yet been completed (even 1 delivery) after a period of more than 2 months. We made a first payment on April 3 towards the registration of a new Limited Liability Partnership firm - ID no 3028155. The promised delivery and deliverables even after 2 months have not been made. Meanwhile we have already paid 80% of the fees. In spite of promises over mail, they are never ready to get on a call and explain the procedures. Everytime we check, they come with excuses saying there is huge delay with concerned Government department or they come with different set of requirements/forms. Though the first step towards the company registration was to register the name, they come after 2 months and inform the name is not available or approved. Ironically, this communication was received after we send an email stating to stop any services and request for a full refund with punitive charges. Till this date, there has been no call from the Relationship Manager or the Customer Grievance department of the company in spite of the cancellation email. This is one of the most unprofessional and ethical service that we have experienced in recent times. We would like to caution the CII and related organizations to make a mechanism which will heavily fine such unethical establishments.
