[Resolved]  Vakilsearch Legal Solutions — Not refunding

Hello! I recently bought a package from vakil search of GST, trademark & current account. They told me to submit the documents but did not informed specifically that I needed to have commercial agreement documents to proceed with the GST. I asked many times whether they require any more documents and they told me everything is clear. My GST has been rejected because of my agreement being as residential. As a legal guardian, I atleast expect them to inform a client about everything before proceeding the work. In the screenshot below they haven’t even mentioned that the agreement should be commercial. My time has been wasted nor my work is done. I have screenshot proofs of everything. If I was informed everything before I paid the amount I wouldn’t even have thought of making GST. Please refund my money back. Now they are ignoring me, please help. It’s a sum of 5k. and I’m just 23 year old trying to make a living.
