I hired Vakilsearch for a range of legal, tax, and compliance services, paying a total of ₹13, 33, 400 through multiple packages over several months. These packages promised services including company registration, GST registration and filing, IEC (Import Export Code), LUT (Letter o[censored]ndertaking), DSC (Digital Signature Certificate), accounting, tax advisory, Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) registrations and compliance, and ongoing legal advisory support.
Despite making full payments as requested, Vakilsearch only completed the Income Tax Return (ITR) filing. All other services, including GST registration, company incorporation, IEC/LUT applications, accounting, and PF/ESI compliance remain incomplete or have not been started.
Throughout this period, Vakilsearch continued to demand additional payments while earlier work was still pending. Communication from their side became poor and inconsistent, with multiple follow-ups from me going unanswered or receiving vague and non-committal responses. Assurances were made that services would be delivered, but these were not fulfilled, leaving me without clear timelines or progress updates.
This experience has caused significant frustration and disruption to my business operations. I have documented all communications, invoices, and agreements. I am sharing this complaint to warn others about Vakilsearch’s service quality and to urge them to take responsibility and provide a full resolution promptly.
