I am writing to formally request a ₹649 for the services I paid for, as I have received no satisfactory resolution despite multiple follow-ups. Your Customer support has been unresponsive, and the service quality has been far below promised standards.
Reasons for Refund Request:
1. Service Not Delivered as Promised
2. No Resolution Despite Follow-ups
3. Poor Customer Support
