Vakilsearch Legal Solutions — Vakilsearch Paid Service Not Delivered, No Response from Grievance Cell

I paid Vakilsearch for company registration on Oct 12, 9:43 PM, but the service has not been delivered as promised. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and their grievance cell, I have received no response or resolution.
This constitutes a deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I have supporting documentation including payment receipts, email trails, and screenshots of my attempts to contact them.
I request the following:
• Immediate refund of the full amount paid
• Written explanation for not delivering the promised service for the paid amount as mentioned on their website.
• Assurance that similar grievances will be addressed promptly in the future
