Hi I am writing this mail after getting frustrated working with Vakil search for the last two years. I made the biggest mistake of my life to take their service. I wanted to register a company. Vakil search took a complete one year to get this job done. This journey was full of frustration because one year duration to get a company registered is a nightmare, no single point of contact, no update from the company, other than asking for payment. Whenever I ask for an update I never get a response on time. Somehow with the roller coaster ride the company "JKINTPHARMCONSSERV (PCS) CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED" got registered after one year of struggle. Now another painfull year has started, unfortunately my plan of business did not work and I needed to close the company. There was no work done in the company, no account opened (no transaction happened). It should have been the simplest process of closing the company. I started the closer process in Nov 2024. Its about 8 month now since we started the closer process (payment already done). Meanwhile DSC expired and I paid for renewal. Still I am struggling to get any update on my process. No one from vakilsearches contact or mail us for progress updates. I am getting mail for renewal of DSC certificate again but no update on the closer process. I request to refund my payment if you are unable to close this on time. Also I am not gona give any money now for renewal or other. Please give me the justification for the delay in work done and why I renewed the certificate again and again.
