I have purchased a flat (F-61) in meadows vista ii project by value infra in 2010. Have given handsome amount of rs.12 lacs cash and for remaining 5 lacs i had taken home loan from hdfc bank. But today is jun 2016, the flat has not been prepared by builders and all the offices have been shut down. No contact number, no contact person.
