I had purchased few items from van heusen app. But due to delayed of shipping i canceled the product.Its been more than 15 days but i have not received my refund yet. It has 48 hours refund policy. I have sent multiple mails but i have received single reply that my refund will reflect in 5 business day. Now its more than 8 days after response from customer care still there is no trace of money.They dont have any contact number to call. How to get the refund?
