Pant got faded and torn out just in 9 Months with very limited usage
I have bought a Costly blue jeans of worth 3300 on July 23 2022. I am working in IT sector where I hardly go to office once a week. Its just 9 months not even a year, my pant was faded and torn that I cant use it anymore. I didn't expected this type of very poor quality material from an international renowned brand. Previously I have bought other brand jeans like basics, Cherokee etc... where I used those pants for about 4-5 years with regular office visits at that time. Please note that this is not only one cloth I use daily... I have other lot of clothes. Very disappointed by the poor quality products from them. I strongly urge for a solution.

Wrong size product delivered
I ordered a women pink solid 3/4 sleeves business casual shirt whose size is medium with order id SA8138301 but van Heusen delivered me the shirt with size small which is very small for me so when I opted to return the product it is saying product mismatch and that's why it is not accepting the return so can you help me to generate a return for that product and refund the amount that i have paid?

They are charging for carry bag printed with their brand name and logo

They charged me 10RS for carry bag. I don’t mind paying 10RS if that bag was plain without any printing. It has a logo on it, so they should give it for free.
I actually don’t need a carry bag they just added without even asking me so I thought it was free of cost as they didn’t even gave me a physical bill and I got to know about the carry bag through the E-Bill which got it to my phone today for yesterdays shopping.
Van Heusen India should take care of this issue and inform all your outlets not to charge. And I would like a refund for 10rs!

I am Susmita Roy Chowdhury, I have ordered two blazers from your online store (App Name- Van Huesen), on friday (date- 24.06.2022) I have received one blazer and after checking the fitting it is small for my size so I initiated return and an agent was assigned for pickup but he didn't check the product and told me I only work for Myntra and will not accept this pickup and cancelled the pickup and remarked that the product didn't pass the quality check. To be honest it is very humiliating to get this kind of remark and I am very much disappointed in customer service as their is no way to contact customer care agent. You people talk about your no question return policy and your return agent behave this way to a customer.
This thing happened with the other delivery agent who came pick my black blazer it is very embarrassing for me to listen this type of things about company and after that he rudely disconnected the call. The issue is same with black blazer so I am providing it's return id also.

Men Watch turned into trash.
First, I will like to note that the item I question was not bought directly from a Van Heusen website or store but thru a reseller retail (Ross Stores)
First time getting a watch from Van Heusen as recommend by a friend of mine and very very disappointment. First time wearing it was today and I got home with a green wrist and a watch that turned into a black corroded piece of metal. Very itchy sling where the green stain was left. I took pictures. Horrible quality for a Premium Brand regardless where the item was shopped, It should stand up to the quality that the company (PVH Corp.) advertised its products.

It's been 15+ days the product was never attempted for delivery and sent back to seller. No matter how many complaints we raise or send emails, there is absolutely no response or call back. This is a Scam and Fake company running online sales.

I have returned an order on the 18th of October. For the first couple of days I was given an incorrect address message every day. However, on the 23rd of October at approximately 12:30 PM the item for return was picked up by the delivery personnel. However after I did not receive any confirmation mail or message. I ordered a belt online, which has delivered on 24sep, but the size is XL so I put return request on 27 sep, the agent called me next day but I was not at home that time so he said he will come tommorow mean 29 sep, but after that no attempt was made from your side, i put mails again and again but everything gone in vain, what should I do,

Wrote multiple emails to their customer care number but there was no response to emails and the amount is still not refunded. Pathetic customer care support from Van Heusen

I had ordered 5 items from van heusen online site on 13th May and 15th May respectively. The items are still under processing since 18 days and the complaint email and contact us box is non responsive inspite of sending them multiple mails. U cannot even cancel the order and try to get refund because you have no option. They don't reply and just estort money from you. Worst customer service and worst app service. Seems fake

I have raised the complaint with Vanheusen and ECOM Express about the same .. They told within 2 - 3 days this will fix this and contact me ..

My order number is 4032599 and placed on 11/12/2020.there is no movement till now no shipped and no dispached. We shall be glad to know when we may expect delivery. This delay on your part is causing us considerable embarrassment. Please intimate us on the phone the status of your delivery schedule as soon as you receive this letter. We may be forced to cancel the order and buy the required cloth from the local market if you fail to reply and cause any more delay.

I ordered a jacket from Van Heusen official app and pay online via debit card because there is no option for cash on delivery or pay later. so i did order payment is successful amount debited so there must not be any problems regarding processing my order. they are showing estimated delivery date 5/12/2020. but now its 10/12/2020. there is also no option for canceling order and they did have any complaint number so i can directly talk to them.

I have placed an order on vanheusan app of 14 items and all the items have been delivered to me few weeks ago, but in the orders page of the app it was showing scheduled to be delivered and after writing an email to you i recieved email of successfull delivery of my order but now it is showing partially delivered in van heusan app.
So even now delivery status has not been updated and because of that i am not able to place the return request please help me to place return request for the same.
!!! Regardless of infinite e mails i have sent you what i get in return is your same reply to every email. (Find it in the screenshot attached)!!!
Please provide me resolution regarding the same and help me place the return request for my order.

I had purchased a shirt worth Rs 1975 on 24 July 2020.i was assured a delivery till 31 july.8 days have passed I have still not got my consignment and they have not refunded my money.writing mails of no use.they don’t revert.they have eaten my money and are har tasing in this covid era realising people refrain from outside buying.please help.still they show order processing

I came to your Outlet located in Lucknow ( Hajratganj ) . On Date 30 December 2020 . I purchaged a Jeans cost 2999 rs . After Purchage I insist to Alter jeans . Then he made a promise to deliver jeans on 1 December 2020 at 11 AM . Next day when i come to Store . Present Staff ( On 1 December 2020 ) . Says That we could not complete your alteration order on giving time . They are making excuses Nothing else . I am very much disappointed from your staff behaviour and support . They are continuing sayingbthatbthis notbour falt. This belong to yesterday satff.Theybare responsible .I am very much disappointed amnd I am very much sure I will not come again in your Store.
