Vantage Immigration Consultancy — Not refunding the fee without giving the service | |
I initiated the process for QMAS for honkong from the company in 2016.The company sent the list of required documents after payment, not before. I was not able arrange all the documents as per the company's requirement. Hence, I never sent anything in this regard and never any file had been opened for the same by the company in this regard. The matter was discussed with the representatives number of times on phone.The representatives were changed number of times during the period.As, no services has been taken by me from the company, I requested them to refund my money back vide email abraham.[protected]@gmail.com on Sat, 18 Jan and Thu, 27 Aug and the official website of the company is not working.I tried to call the company number of times but non of the phone is working nowadays. Me also have the same issue. They simply fish you and cheat your money. Please don't ever choose vantage immigration consultancy.
