Varun Motors — 4 years back exchanged my Bajaj Pulsar150 bike but RC name transfer not yet done

I have exchanged my old Bajaj Pulsar 150 bike on Dec-2017 but still now vehicle RC name transfer not done, no response from show room. please do the needful sir.

MY old Bike no- AP16BP6871
New bike no- AP16EN6312
