This is to inform you that am facing issues with frame of the lenses that brought.

When I visited the Vasan I found careless staff who made me wait for longer and they ware arguing like they don’t have poster where they give warranty on frames. He was not having the not care about customer.

The persons asked me to wait but took to much of time came back.

And my lenses what I have purchased was not even 2 month old . It has used very soft but frame has came out.

It’s clearly manufacturing defect or people who made this frames was not in correct way.

Instead of checking this that person was arguing and wantedly made me to wait for longer.

Guys please other hospitals which is so flexible and budget friendly than Vasan.

        We went for eye checkup and did all the tests and also C3R operations, They charged 32000 Rs for eye surgery. But they didn't give a single report(s) and no bills for any of the medicine or surgical cost

          Vasan eye care - Dharmapuri.
          I have went for an eye checkup and ordered a contact lens, also paid ₹1500 in advance for it. I'm trying to reach out to the hospital for more than a week. But they are not answering my call. You should take an immediate action or just repay my amount. I'll check for a better hospital than this.

            Hello All,

            Am writing this Complaint after losing all my patience by fighting from past 3 months with the Staff members of the Vasan eye Care Branch, Kolar - Karnataka Its Regarding Not providing me the copy of Final Bill and settlement copy for the "Eye Cataract Surgery". (No Transparency with Billing for Surgery, Just they want us to pay the Final Amount, they are not ready to share the Bills)

            My mother underwent cataract operation 2 months ago, and we went for a cashless Insurance claim, where we had a claim of 30 thousand out of the total 44 thousand Final bill. I Had paid the remaining 14 thousand from my pocket and completed the procedure.
            From the Day of Discharge I have been fighting to get a copy of the Total bill (which is 44 thousand Rupees), but the people from the Branch never give me the bills for the same.
            I understand that in an Insurance process the Original bill of 44 thousand has to be submitted to the Insurance claim from the hospital, but as part of the Insurance process A copy of the Final and detailed bill has to be given to the patient. but Hospital folks never agree to this and they are not ready to give the copy of the detailed bill from the past 3 months.

            Now I want to claim pre and post hospitalization bills with the insurance company, for which they require the final detailed bill of the cataract procedure and the details of the claim amount.

            Can you please look into this issue and help me to get the copy of the Final detailed bill of the cataract operation.

              With respect to UHID 154790, I have visited Vasan eye care HRBR layout Bangalore in the month of Sep 2021.

              I was diagnosed with a specific power and was suggested a progressive lens which would suit my needs.

              After paying about INR 11000, I am still unable to get a proper eye care aid which will ease my eye vision issues.

              Initially, I reached out to the branch explaining my difficulty and how it was causing pain in my neck. They took the glasses and insisted that a marking in glass can help resolve the problem.
              It did not fetch any positive result.

              When I approached the branch that my issue was not yet resolved, they did not make an effort to understand the issue and instead blamed that as a customer, I was the one who had accepted the power. This was the repeated response. Might be that the power was the same as my power during examinations, but it did not offer a comfortable vision capability which the representative and the manager together did not want to understand or entertain my requests. After visiting the branch several times, I finally managed to explain the issue and the doctor agreed to have a reading glass issued.

              I received my reading glass and it did not have a complete finish and had rough edges which is not the kind of product we would expect to see from a company like Vasan eye care who keep advertising on customer needs.

              I would like a reimbursement to that extent as I have paid for a progressive and have only a reading glass currently.

              This is not just for the poor service and product that has been delivered, it is also required to consider the amount of mental agony and the pain I have taken to visit your branch multiple times.

              Since the issue of spectacles, the spectacles had been in vasan eye care custody half of the time for varied reasons.

              Even after repeated visits, vasan eye care did not handle my issue. Even after wasting my money and energy they are least bothered to solve my issue.

              VASAN EYE CARE BANASWADI is not entertaining any customer queries.

              Seems they do not monitor such complaints raised.

                Dear Sir,

                I have tested my eyes at your Centre at Madipakkam and purchased eye glasses as per specification prescribed by your doctors on 27/02/2021.
                The glass was purchased in your counter. They have advised to go for Varilux brand, I have opted even though it caused by on higher side.

                After purchasing I have worn the glasses and found that the things which I see are as oval or on different shape. This has been informed to your center person and they have adjusted the nose rest and I was advised wear and check for one week time but the same problem existed.

                Again when I contacted and informed about the complaint they have informed to submit the glasses to take necessary action. After two weeks I have received the glasses and I was told to use it for some time and inform again but the same complaint existed

                Again I reached your premises and informed about the complaint they informed that the glasses we replaced, but I did not find any change.

                Time passed by and they informed that they will send the Technician to my residence to check the complaint, meanwhile lockdown was imposed and I was told that the Technician will cannot reach as they are not in operation due to COVID. As I also went to my native they informed If required they would send the glassed to my residence by courier.

                But I could not use the glass and I was getting strain in my eyes and If I look in the computer in left then it was seen to strech to the Right and when seen on Left and so on.

                Kindly my problem is unresolved even after paying amount of Rs. 10000/- and waiting for long. I have recommended for my mother and Brother and they have also purchased the glasses along with me but they do not have any problem.

                I have high regards for Vasan Eye care and had been your customer for past 10 years. But this incident has made me feel uneasy. You may agree with me that a person using glasses need to wear when awake and I use computer for prolonged hours.

                I am using my old simple Distance glass which was purchased for Rs, 600 /= till today even after paying to you.

                Kindly I request you to please consider my request and assign some person to resolve my case at top priority.

                  I am writing this mail hoping that a customer's painful situation will be understood and responded properly.

                  I have checked my eye test in Vasan Eye Care, Chrompet on 23rd February 2021 and Doctor prescribed Glasses (Long Sight).

                  I also have paid Rs. 8200/- on same day (Full amount).

                  But, the glasses delivered were faulty and misfit. I requested for the correct one to get the frame corrected. I visited the hospital minimum 4 times but the error was not corrected.

                  The frame I chose seems to be a faulty one. I could not choose any other frame as all the other frames shown were limited and also faulty. The angle in the face was not right at all.

                  Whenever we call the number given, the call was not picked up.

                  We were ready to opt for another frames but in light colour. All the colours show were only dark.

                  It has been 4 months since we asked for the glasses.

                  The problem is with the poor response of the optical Session, One Ms. Janaki.

                  We requested for refund on 28th April 2021. Please note: We waited for two months and asked for the refund. But there is absolutely poor response from them.

                  We would like our Rs.8200 money back.

                  We were customers of Vasan since 2010. But this time, this incident has created complete mental depression. Taking our money and not responding is not something a organisation like Vasan can do.

                    I have went to Vasan hospital in Madurai By-pass road before a Week back for General eye check-up ; felt unhappy with the staff behavior as she was very rude, she was taking care of specs section . if we want to buy specs is it a compulsion to buy there only ???we have informed we will check other option also ;but she said y r u wasting our time by coming here ? only if we buy specs alone we need to come

                    is it the way will u behave with the customer ? i want a proper solution for it

                            Patient Name: S Mary.
                            My mother S Mary was operated for cataract on 25 Feb 2021. I contacted Vasan eye care AS Rao Nagar branch and the surgery was done at the Secunderabad branch on the said date. I requested the councillor whose name is Prashanthi to provide the discharge summary on the same day but she advised that she can provide the next day and even on the next-day, she could not provide the discharge summary citing reasons that she is busy. Today is March 6, and still i did not receive the discharge summary. I don't understand this delay and poor service from Vasan eye care when I fully believed them to help me.

                                Process is very slow.. First day it took 4 hours to do AR /NCT and refraction and ask me wait for another two three hour to put a drop and check. I am regular customer.. All my family member got checked in past in vassan including surgery. On the second when I came for drop and check. It has been toold me it will take two hour. No much people on que this day.. But still I m waiting unessory for lazy process they are doing.

                                  My name is Sai Sagar.Unfortunately We (father and I) happen to go for an eye checkup in Vasan hospital (vizag) on 08/01/2021 at around 7.30pm. Dr Murthy was a person who has done eye checkup. When I asked few questions (very politely) about laser treatment so that I can decide which one shall I go for he started shouting like anything. He has also used some downgraded phrases like "I personally want to maintain some distance from you." What kind of ethics was that. He needs to be trained well on how to treat patients. Vasan should be ashamed of such rude and arrogant doctor. Please show some courtesy when somebody pays visit to your hospital if you really care about customer satisfaction. I could have aslo shouted on him, but since he is old and way too elder than me I have not decided to make this as an issue.

                                    She was treated for eye examination in Gajuwaka Vasan eye care center in the month of decemner-2020. Doctor suggested cataract surgery and it was performed on[protected]Tuesday). Next day[protected] we visited to Vasan eye care as doctor suggested for cap opening after surgery. A that time no vision check was no performed. My mother does not have any vision after eye surgery. To confirm the vision issue we visited again on[protected]. They did B-scan and some check they said some infection was occured so please visit LV prasad hospital. I quickly gone to LVPEI.
                                    Re surgery performed to remove the eye infection.
                                    Question:
                                    Why the Vasan eye care doctor unable to do surgery properly.
                                    Why this infection came, as per the google history an improper cataract surgery can cause the eye infection problem.
                                    Why you are running a hospital without proper equipment or talented Doctor and staff.
                                    Staff is only focusing on money.
                                    Eventhough, my mother was not treated properly after surgery. They have suggested or provided with any medication.
                                    Who is responsible if something gone wrong.

                                    I will not leave you guys, i will file the complaint if you are properly addressed the issue.

                                        I have been to vasan eye care, hsr layout bangalore foe eye power checkup.they have diliyed my eye around 10.30 am and it is still not came to normal after 3 days. When i visited the doctor they didn't even respond properly. None of the staffs/ doctors responded correctly.they suggested some lubricant drop just to do business..doctor also didn't say how long it all last or if i really got pbm with my eyes.looks like doctors are not experienced.
