My father underwent cataract surgery (laser, imported lens) at vasan eye care clinic, khammam District, Telangana 15 days ago. After the surgery, a red spot is being observed in the eye till date alongwith slight swelling. Vision of the eye is also not as assured by the Doctors/staff of Vasan eye Care. Now the Doctors/staff are advising to use eye drops for certain period of time to get rid of reddishness in the eye. But the problem is not observed in others who underwent the same surgery in other Hospitals. Feeling like we have been cheated and my father has to bear the damage did by Vasan eye Care for his rest of life.

    Last week Monday attended in vijayawada hospital branch, they suggested spects and address given for delivery.

    Till now we are not received spects, continiously they arw saying tomorrow but i didn't received product.

        Visited Vasan eye care hsr layout yesterday. They asked to pay the consultation fee. And they said they would not accept card but would accept cash or phone pay/ google pay due to pandemic. I tried phone pay . First they did not give the scanning to scan but a number . I was not able to pay to the number because it was not in upi network. So the lady asked another guy to check on that he gave a number to which I could send amount 250 . Payment was done successfully and showed it to him. He said that’s not the right no. And asked to pay the cash and argued I had to pay the cash to get the consultation. So I had to pay500 for a single consultation . Frustrated me. Why do Vasan care has personal staff numbers as phone pay account to pay.
        Instead of scanner. There is no logic in this that they would not accept card but cash and how would this is safe they think?

        Please look into this and refund my amount.

          I check to power in VASAN EYE CARE PARAMAKUDI but I don't have a satisfaction because they are not working properly and working casually and non kind of persons.
          After check up I ask to power prescription they didn't gave me because they r told to take a Vasan eye care spectaculars but I don't have satisfaction so I fight with their staff after bought a prescription.

          After few days I went to check another hospital to check my power but heavy variation in VASAN EYE CARE PARAMAKUDI vs another hospital.
          The Vasan eye care checkup totally wrong and worst...😡😡
          I also add proof of prescription photography

            Hello sir/madam.
            I'm ramesh from madurai. Today my mother operations from anna nagar branch. Staffs are irresponsible answer to me. And then treat with my mom locally bcoz of in this hos at that time doctors mother operated. So my mom and doc mother's share the same room and different bed. Nurses compulsory don't spoke loudly don't answer any other like she will not informed to me with pain after came to home my mom inform that i'm really sad this behaviour.

            Your message is all patients treat as same. But why separate the doc mother's and my mother's please explain this.

              Hi, today i went to namakkal vasan branch to change the optical frame. For payment i asked for card payment and they told machine not working.in most of my visit they are giving the same answers. Also asked for any other payment method and they gave me gpay number and i paid it. After paying came to know that was personal gpay account of the person who is working there. This is totally not acceptable to pay the amount to other personal account for getting a product from vasan.

              Who gave this permission to their staff? I need the explanation for this? Else i will be taking this to next higher level with the evidence.

              Also found in most of the frame price tag is not there. Simply they are checking and telling some price which i doubt that i am paying correct.

                Monday on june 15th 2020, i visited nagercoil vasan eye care at 11am for slight pesticides eye damage. They told for further visit to come after 5 days. Today i visit hospital at 2pm. But there is no doctors present. The staffs checked the refraction. But there is some problem in my eye sight. They conversiate over mobile to the doctor and prescribed another medicine. They didn't inform me on that day that the doctor will not available afternoon session. I went there by single driving of my car. By having sight problem and without attending of doctor today i suffered a lot. Kindly do the needful.

                  Dear sir/ madam,

                  I am contacting from vasan eye care theni branch, theni district.

                  I am here for checkup for eye iritation and sudden severe pain, and consult doctor name is mr. Manoranjan mbbs, do, faeh.

                  I am waiting for more than 2hr but doctor is not available in clinic. There only attenders and helping sisters are only available. And asking me to wait by answering doctor will arrive shortly within 10mins, and i argued with them after 1.5hr but thet still saying same answers, "kindly wait doctr will come within 10mins".

                  Not only myself also nearly 16patients are waiting for long,
                  How long a patient wait with pain.

                  In need of emergency there is no any option to survive.

                  Hope you understand my situation and kindly do the need-ful..

                    I was informed to submit any registered number which i did.. And they did take the money for it...
                    When i went for second check up they said the numbers aren't matching with the details..
                    Yes thats moms.. The receptionist is like the age doens't match... I said why dint u check it or inform me before... She said we thought this is ur second name...

                    How irresponsible of the receptionist.. She when typed my name also said dint find records.. Then i personally went and checked the database and got ut cleared..

                    If this is some kind of fooling or fraud business that the receptionist is involv d with store.. The. I deeply regret.. I am never going to promote ur store for all the disappointed and caos creared.

                    Plz take well educated employes who know to check and update thier database and knowledge. Such a shame.. Plz don't get half baked lazy people to do the job. They lack awareness and sensibility towards work.

                    I request an action to be taken.. For the rude answers and negligence o[censored]r receptionist and sister

They are not respond properly and they don't know how to identify the correct problem. Administrative is very poor, way of treatment is very bad, there is no doctors in duty hours at the time of my present. Staffs responds is very bad.

                        Most of the time doctor will be not available in hospital at hosur-635109 branch. For past 2 hours reception people saying that doc will arrive in 5-10min that doctor has gone to bank i. E between (10.45am to 12.35pm) on 21st september 2019.
                        Lack of negligence through management of hosur branch and that is leading to this.. Doctor are going out for there personal work.
                        And i tried reaching on +[protected].

                          On 2/9/2019 i went to vasan eye care center hosur for eye check up. They said to use eye glass so according to them i buyed glass but the glass was full of blur its is not visible. I went yesterday to clinic.. They are convening me to wear that glass i asked to change to glass but they not hearing anything. I given the eye glasses back to them and the amount also i not received back.
                          The clinic persons are making me to convenice and trying to wear that glass itself..

                            You have worst service and worst staff in your hassan karnataka branch i just visited your hospital by its brand name but finally thought our local doctor is good. Your lenses selling person is very adamant and i would have lost my eye sight due to him. Because he interchanged my lenses from right to left and not ready to accept his mistake and no one is courteous even to say sorry for the mistake.
                            Please take action and no bill is being provided for purchase of frame and always doctors prescribed medicine is not available in your pharmacy and they refer some other local pharmacy to purchase
                            Very pathetic condition in your branch

                              Dear vasasn team,

                              I heard that when compare with other hospital vasan eye care is best. I trusted that too. My uid no :204281 name : narayanaswamy r. I had checked my eye and bought eyeglass (Rs. 2900/-) in vasan eye hospital at dharmapuri branch tamilnadu, dated on: 16.06.19.

                              We bought glasses from vasan eye care hospital, after that we noticed that size of bifocal lenses are very small. I cannot see through bifocal lens. So vision is not clear. We approach them for solution. But they didn't care about us. Simply they are saying want to new glasses only.

                              I don't know whom mistake is that. If it is mine i can afford that full amount. Even though i had shown them my old glasses, why are they didn't notice my old bifocal lens size. What the technician they are???/?.

                              Kindly take care of my issue and tell me the solution. Or else tell the solution to consumer court.

                                I have come for eye checkup of my 9 month old baby. On 26th june 2019 i went to take appointment. The front desk person informed me that timings are from 11 to 2. There's no appointment as such it's just walk-in. I showed up at 11:35. I was informed that the doctor was performing a surgery. Upon asking the approximate time of completion of surgery i was told please go to third floor dr will check your baby immediately. On reaching 3rd floor no one was there to help. After waiting for almost 1/2 n hour someone came and asked about the details and made us wait. It's 1.45 no doctor no one to check no one takes responsibility. Just asking us to wait for half an hour more with baby crying. No feeding room available. After complaining they gave a room when asked if i can feed they told yes no one will disturb you. But within few minutes some man comes in and starts talking while i was feeding the baby looking at my breasts. Most disgusting thing happened ever in my life.

                                  My customer ID No.775914. In the month of January 2019, I got my eye power checked at Vasan Eye Care - Saidapet Branch. After checking my eye power by Dr.Asokan, I had ordered for my spectacles for Rs.3, 400/- and paid Rs.1000/- as advance vide Bill No.453 dt.16.2.2019. The optical section at Vasan Eye Care, Saidapet branch delivered the glasses / spectacles to my office at CBI, Shastri Bhavan, Chennai on 26.2.2019 and paid the remaining amount of Rs.2, 400/- by cash to the person who delivered (Copies of all receipts enclosed).

                                  On 10.05.2019 - Friday evening, when I am attending a meeting at my office, while removing my specs from my eyes, the right side frame broken. Since it is a frame less glass, the right side frame came along with a glass piece. (photos enclosed). In the evening of the same day itself, I rushed to Vasan Eye care Saidapet branch opticals section and given the specs for repair. Since the Incharge person -Mr.Prem is not available, the person who received my specs informed that, next day, Mr.Prem would inform me about the time slot to get it repaired and other details between 10.30 and 11.00 AM. Accordingly, I waited for his call on 11.05.2019 - Saturday till 12.30 PM. Since no call received from opticals, I tried to contact Mr.Prem twice, but, someone informed that, he was busy in a meeting. As I wanted the specs to be repaired before Monday, I insisted the staff to inform Mr.Prem to talk to me. Afterwards also no call received from him. Hence, I called Mr.Prem once again and asked him when my specs would be repaired. He told that, I have to pay Rs.3000/- for the repair. I told him that, since the specs was purchased on 26.2.2019, i.e. only two and a half months back and the product is of inferior quality, it should be replaced without spending any additional amount. But he did not consider my request. I immediately called and informed Dr. Asokan also who inturn confirmed that, he would look into this matter and get back to me.

                                  In the meantime, yesterday i.e. on 13.05.2019, I received back the broken specs / glass which was couriered to my residential address.

                                  It is pertinent to mention here that, I initially purchased the frameless progressive glass first time from Vasan Eye Care - Saidapet Branch opticals in the year 2017 for Rs.8, 000/-. After checking my current vision range, Dr.Asokan advised to change the glass in February 2019 and accordingly, I placed the above mentioned order for Rs.3, 400/- on 16.2.2019. Within two and a half months, the specs broken which shows that the product is of inferior quality. The other opticals are normally giving one year warranty and the same was not given by Vasan Eye Care. Moreover, the service is also very poor which can be understood from the above mentioned paras.

                                  Hence, considering my difficulties mentioned supra, I would request your goodself to repair my spectacles without charging any additional amount i.e. to provide free replacement at the earliest.

                                      I have been regularly troubled by kamal babu from madurai vasan eyecare. I work in madurai, due to a sudden swelling in my eye i visited this hospital. After a few visits, i was referred to consult this person by one of the junior doctor. Ever since my second visit, i am frequently contacted by him thru whatsap messaged and telephone calls. Never shared my number to the doctor, however seems it was taken from the hospital personal information data. I thought this was about treatment till i realized he is expecting sexual favors from me in return for discounted bill payment. I have been asked to make appointments to meet at hospital and even outside at hotels. Though i have denied multiple times i am still being contacted by this person from [protected] number. I receive inappropriate messages and images from this contact number. Please take action and save me from this trouble.

                                        I have visited vasan eye care, hsr bangalore branch yesterday (01.01.2019).
                                        As i always used to get my eye test done from vasan and every time i was able to use my cghs card for payment.
                                        This time when i asked them they have simply refused to accept and asked to pay full amount for the check up. Reply from receptionist was :"here in this branch we do accept cghs card as guided by management".
                                        What i know was, vasan follows the same policies world wide. At least cghs policies does not differ.

                                        Moreover, staff was too unprofessional, no proper check up. While doing the checkup in the middle doctor went to check her phone.
                                        I have never seen such unprofessional behavior at any center.
                                        All the people at the center were busy with their own stuff instead of attending the patient.

                                        To all the patient, they were not giving bill until you ask them.

                                        Seeking your immediate response on the above concern as it is hurting people's trust on vasan.

                                        Vasan Eye Care Hospital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        We are struggling to come in the huge traffic in Bangalore but here there is no proper basic facility to the manage the transaction.

                                        All are with digital world but here there is no swiping machine to pay over bills.
