I'm john paul from theni. I visited vasan eye care hospital on 11/5/2018. The patient was admitted for eye surgery, and after paying the bills we asked for the receipt. They denied to provide us the receipt and are refusing to carry out the surgery, they are asking to leave the hospital along with the patient. And when asked about the customer care number, it wasn't given by them.

Such rude and inhumane behaviour, where the patient is refused a surgery after paying the full bill amount.

    I am prathiba padmanabhan from vellore I visited the hospital for my severe eye pain for about 2 weeks I actually had a heat boil on my eye for the last two days . the doctor .Farooq ahmed at vellore branch vasan eye hospital didn't even ask about the problem I had, he just my eye had heat boil and gave me a list of 5 tablets and 2 eye drops for a simple heat boil, the tablets include dolo 650, c.chymoral forte, t.vozet, actihenlth, c.phexin and each of 10 tablets which totaled to a bill of more than 700, I reffered to another known doctor and got to know about the tablets .I am personally again going to go to the hospital and complain about this if the mistake is corrected this would be fine, if this repeats to every patient I would file a case on this and publish about this abusement of the moneymaking business on all social medias the patient has the right to know about what tablet is given to him or her. I want a clear explaination from the hospital and the doctor side why the dolo 650 which is actually for a fever given to a heat boil patient and why the tablet c.chymoral forte which is basically pescribed for the patient having severe injuries and after surgery tablet given to a heat boil patient .

    I went to Vasan eye care in rajajinagar I tested my eye and power is -5.75 and they have give n glass for -6.5 I don't know how people are working worst hospital my suggestion is don't go for this hospital if any one going your eye will be gone

      Sir,

      I am n. Ashwini kumar, r/o h. No.5-141/1, new reddy enclave, old alwal, secunderabad wish to place my grievance with regard to the negligence of optical shop staff annexed to your eye centre, secunderabad.

      I got my eye tested at your eye centre on[protected] vide reference no. 94092 through dr. Indira kappagantula. I have problem of vision in viewing distance objects, which appears blurr. After testing she issued a glass prescription indicating my distance and near sight (I am enlcosing the report as attachment). Accordingly i have approached the opitical shop which is in the ground floor of your hospital. The staff after careful reading suggested to go for reading glass. I told the concern that about my vision problems. Even though it was suggested to me that my long vision is absolutely right and i can go for only reading glasses. As i have no basic knowledge of the medical report, reposed confidence on him and i have purchased a frame and reading glasses expending an amount of rs.1, 850/- vide invoice no.391907 dt:[protected] and same were delivered to me after couple of days. When i started using the same, i noticed my vision while viewing long objects was further gone worse.

      Therefore yesterday, i have visited your eye centre and met with dr. Indira who after checking the report and glasses clarified that the optician made mistake by issuing reading glasses. As such i have approached the manager and apprised him my problem. He tried to convince me that the near sightness is the inconvinience while viewing closer objects and long sight the problem related to the unclear long objects. I tried to explain him by showing the definitions and the observations of the doctors, but he did not convince and tried to tell me that they have done a perfect job.in the light of the circumstances, i told him i have lost faith on the services and asked him to refund the amount expended by me for the purchase of spectacles. But he reluctant to do and further advised me to go for bi-focal lense.

      Sir, i have approached your hospital having seen expertise in the field of eye care and with anticipation of getting better services. But i am surprised to see such in experienced, adamant staff at your prestigious hospital.

      In light of the circumstances above it is requested that i may be refunded with the cost of the spects which i have purchased from your opiticals, as i donot want to take any further medical services at your eye centre.

        Last Saturday 26/02/2018, I picked my mother to Vasan eye care Trichy, here none of the payments accepted through card, each and every payments they asked to pay hard cash and no other mode of payments acceptable..
        We asked why card not accepted? then said we never accept any payment other than cash, They are asking to go to ATM and withdraw the money.
        This is not good.
        We have given all of the money whichever we had on that time in my hand and from my mother. The Govt. Has to take necessary action on these hospitals who make the patient more inconvenience.

          Today i visited the hospital with my father in shimogga. We were done with all the check up and finally we had to meet the main doctor. We were asked to wait for 15 min since the doc wasn't there. Instead of 15 min we waited for 1 and half hour waiting outside just to meet the main doc. Forget about myself... Many elderly people around the age of 90 had to wait for so long... I felt really bad about the unavailability of doctor. It would have been fine if the doc was out of hospital... But the doc was inside her cabin itself may be resting or sleeping with such a irresponsibility... When an elderly person started to yell at the crew immediately that patient was called in for check up. It was really disappointing that the doc was there in the hospital but resting inside her cabin. How could the whole hospital show such irresponsibility? Really i had never had such worst experience... After everything finally we met the doctor... But i still doubt if she was only the doctor coz she was not such professional while examining. We are planning to switch the different hospital next time.

            Thank you,

            My father (Shantinath kasar) is done with eye operation, in vasaneyecare belgaum hospital on 31/12/2017.

            Total amount billed is 35, 000/-.

            They have received 14, 000/- amount from us by telling only 21000/- is approved by insurance. Can you confirm from your end?

            According to the rules if it is only 20% then we have to pay only 7000/- amount. If possible can you share the breakup of approved claim.

            @vasaneyecare – could you please share the complete breakup of the bill (Which is 35000) you have submitted?

              I visited your vijayanagar branch along with my wife on 23rd december 2017 for eye test n for new spectacles but still today i have not got my new spectacles. The reason is card swiping machine is not wrorking. Four times i visited to your branch there is no proper response from team n they don't understand our importance of time n our visit, simply they say machine is not wrorking pay cash or come tomorrow. No respect to patient from your team and one day one of your staff was sleeping in the counter. They think we are disturbance to them. Our mrd no.008483 & 008484.

                Ur jp nagar branch does not have scanning facilities n hence asked me to go to ur jayanagar hosp. I wish undergoing treatment for retina, spending almost 30k - three times inj. Ur people asked me to go on my own expenses, as there is no staff. After enough argument, they have clubbed with other patient (As other patient is being delayed & my consulting dr usha said that she would be leaving by 1400 hrs. At that time it was 1330 hrs). On return, i came on own expenses. How do we derive customer satisfaction, if such response is given. I really felt very bad.

                Need explanation in writing from responsible officer, why should i spend money for conveyance, when there is no such facility at ur branch?

                  I, anjaneyulu (Behalf of my wife) have visited vasan eye care hospital at visakapatnam, ap on 14.10.2017 and consulted to dr, sudhakar naidu, after check up the eyes doctor referred power lens to vasan optical (Inside hospital) with prescription right eye -2.75 cyl, 80 axes, 6/6 v. A; left eye -1.75 cyl, 90 axes, 6/6 v. A. At that time i have paid rs.1100/- for lens, delivered date 16.10.2017 (Monday). I have called them around 11am respective optical store regarding my order, they replied call us at 3pm. On monday my wife has applied leave for college. I have called them at 4pm again, they answered that your lens dispatched from hyderabad, so that you can come on tuesday at 11a. M otherwise we would ring you once reach the lens. But they didn’t response until i visited sore on 20.10.2017 collected lens. Today i. E. 21.10.2017 when we went optical shop for frame, then we came to know that right eye -2.75 sph, 80 axes, 6/6 v. A; left eye -1.75 sph, 90 axes, 6/6 v. A. Due to their negligence she had suffered eye ache, missed completion of syllabus for students and time wasted. So i requested you to take proper action against on company future unrepeated and resume compensation to me.

                    Hi, i visited at 10 am today for eye checkup of my daughter at vizag opp. To 7 hills but up to 12.35 pm, i was not called for doctor's consult. This was happened due the mismanagement of your supporting staff. There was no proper queing system. Lastly when i asked 2-3times to the reception, then i was called to visit the doctor.
                    It's a very bad experience in your hospital.
                    There should be smart system in the smart city vizag.
                    Otherwise people are very decisive in this modern era.

                      Whole my family went for eye checkup to vasan eye care jntu branch hyderabad, already my parents were undergone laser treatment for glaucoma and cateract but the doctor didn't check for 2mins simply said it's fine you can go, the doctor "meenakshi" didn't listen what i m trying to explain about my parents... I was much disappointed with the way of treatment i will not prefer jntu branch and will not refer anyone if they need proper cure.

                        I Dr Mausam Gupta worked in vasan eye care hospital Agra from dec 2013(joined) to October 2014(resigned).Vasan eye care hospital deducted income tax (10%) TDS from my sallery every mpnth.They give me sallery as proffesional fees.they dopisited TDs from dec to march 2014 but did not deposited from april 2014 to october 2014 in to government treasury.what can I do now.please help

                          I went to vasan eye care clinic located in magarpatta Pune after giving call and i informed will come after 1 hour, i took my kid and went there but the lady in reception informed me already 11 patients are there and then doctor will go for lunch, this thing they could inform me while I talked over phone, as clinic is bit far from my house i couldn't visit again as they were suggesting do primary checkup then come again to visit doctor, i requested lot because i took 6 years old son in hot summer at after noon time but they didn't consider, t the question is, is there no value of time and effort of normal people, why it's not considered by most of hospitals.i didn't expect this thing from vasan so writing this.

                            I booked my new goggles with new prescription on 3 feb 2017 on 8 feb 2017 when i wear new goggles their vision was blurry than my old goggles, i though that after some days it will adjust, but it did not happen. when contacted with them them they told some other theories like your lens is Bifocal or Progressive, and it will take few more days to adapt to it. but i can cleary see that when i use the old goggles the vision is little clear than these new goggles.so please help me out regarding this issue

                              MY wife having cataract went for. Eye check up and advised to undergo phacoeimulfication surgery.She was having UNITED INDIA INSURANCE which can cover the surgery cost etc.But before surgery they demanded RS.6500 for pre surgery ratina check up etc.As a matter of fact In other multispeciaty eye hospital the pre check up cataract operation costs is only 500 rupees for ratina and blood test sets and rest of the amount of 32000 is covered with the said insurance.But in Vasaneyecare they demanded unnecessary amount.In this way they're looting public

                                I, Azeem Sha, went to Vasan Eye Care hospital at Kottayam, Kerala at 12:30, my eyes were diagnosed by the staff and they asked me to wait to see the doctor, even after waiting for two and a half hour, I was not able to meet the doctor, when inquired the staff at counter said, they will inform me when I can meet doctor. After half an hour I again asked the staff at the counter, then they informed me that, the doctor went to the operation theater . I said them that they should have informed me earlier, which went to deaf ears. I think that, there is no value for time at Vasan. I will never go to Vasan again. Those who value time should never go. The staf[censored]p there does not know how to behave.

                                  My name is Manjunath, went to Check for my father in law yesterday in Bangalore Bommanahalli branch, before taking appointment with the doctor I clearly clarified I will be by cash denominations of 500 for tests and for surgery claims through insurance. Cash bill paid and receipt no. 0230/2016-17/013040. Today went for check up asked scanning, when I paid by cash refused to take. One person by name preeti may be hospital incharge humiliated saying only we will not accept the cash only card payment. When I insist about the govt is authorised to accept the cash in Hospital, Petrol station. She started argument its only for government hospital. If I want to go to government hospital why shall I visit Vasan. After heates argument now I am planning to approach another hospital. My father in law came from Bellary for cataract surgery who has under gone same surgery earlier also same place.
                                  Finally it was very embarrasing movement the way customers were handled and told.
                                  I work for a MNC company, worked for ( Infosys, Igate global solutions and KPMG)
                                  Think about the reputation of your hospital if I share with my organisations.

                                    I went for consultation on 28 October 2016. Soon after consultation they took the prescription and went to Spectacle section without even asking me, whether i should place order or anywhere else. They had very limited choice of frame and finally I selected one out of frustration and said i need it on or before 1 Nov (as i have to go out of station for a month) or else i do not need their service and order else where. They promised to deliver on Nov 1 and even said they normally deliver before committed date. I reconfirmed the status on 31 Octber and they said it will be ready next day. Exactly on Nov 1 7:00 pm and informed the delivery will get delayed.and mostly the next day. There is no use of their promise and in future never will be taking their service.

                                      This complaint is regarding about Dr Balamurugan which is located in oldwashermenpet branch, the behaviour and negative attitude of this doctor is very worst, not even wishing back and he spoke only 2 words atlast, Vasan eye care? i didnt even find 1% care from him, train him to behave good with patients ...bad impression on vasan eye care ...thanks

                                        I have done lasik-laser eye surgery in vasan eye care, kothrud pune, initially they impressed and said if you take lasik surgery till 40 yrs your vision will be perfect and there is no chances of coming number again.
                                        But done lasik surgey just 1 year back, again my eyes suffering with number and eye became very very sensitive now a days,.
