Vasan Eye Care Hospital — Not satisfied with the specs received and too many defects

I ordered a specs from Vasan eye care hospital Tirunelveli by 10/12/2022 and I received by the end of December that too with lot of delay and confusions. Bill for the same was received after one and half month. Immediately when I received the specs I found it was defective. They asked me to give it back for correction. After correction it was again defective alignment was not right. Since my place was far away I couldn't travel to Tirunelveli often. Simultaneously my specs was scratched in many places. When I enquired them about the defect and scratches on 16/03/2023, Manager in that office was giving rude answers and he is not ready to explain what kind of support they can provide me. I ordered high quality lens i.e., CRIZAL so that scratches will not affect the vision. But now I am unable to see clearly and due to the wrong alignment my eyes are paining. Kindly advise.
