Delivery faulty product and no one came for demo

This is regarding we have purchased your toshiba refrigerator side by side a week ago in Chennai tnagar vasanth and co .

repair in refrigerator.

We so upset on buying your great brand. We don't know how complaint in direct so we are writing mail to you to get immediate response from your side.

We purchased for 60k around .. now mentally we depressed in a week we purchased with our hard earned money.

Facing problem in both the doors light are not tunned on . And outside temperature is also not working.

Pls contact me at [protected] for bill number and model number everything please.

And sales person is very rude while enquiring about bills and commited gift items

We are purchasing from your band for past 20years .. they both are saying it's a gift and it's our wish we will give it to you or not ..

I've visited vasanth & co in salem to buy water purifier and mixer..
We have already decided to buy Preeti mixer as we already used the brand.
Sales person however convinced to make me butterfly mixer that's performance was really good, and we have bought by believing it.
But it's performance was really poor, totally disappointed. We contacted vasanth & co, no proper response even after buying 15days.
I've returned the mixer to replace with preeti mixer, still they haven't contacted me to take mixer.

I had bought an IFB dishwasher from the South Usman Rd, T Nagar, Chennai store on April 29, 2023. The delivery was made on May 1st and on May 2nd the technician opened the package and found that the door was broken in transport and hence said a new piece would be delivered soon.

It has been 10+ days now and the issue is NOT yet resolved. I have tried to resolve the issue with Vasanth's sales people concerned as well as with IFB but no movement. Everyone keeps giving excuses related to their own internal problems, but the replacement is still NOT arrived.

I will NEVER again buy anything from Vasanth or IFB

I was book LLOYD Split AC on Vasanth & Co in porur Branch.
First of all he is not in showroom he will convey the details in phone call only.
he told free installation, but extra copper wire will be extra charge, that charge is 850 to 900. But the technician is told me 1100 and then I have called vasanth & co executive. I ask him to you told extra copper wire per meter 850 to 900 only but technician is charging me 1100 per meter, so vasanth & co employee speak technician will charged me 1000 per meter.
when i purchase AC executive told free installation but the technician will be charged me total 7000.

I think that technician and the employee will have any connection?

i think both have some connection to share that money.

I have purchased a Lloyd washing machine from Vallioor showroom on 25-Apr-2023. It was delivered on that day itself.
But no technician visited and installation is not done yet. We called so many times but not yet completed.
Need immediate response.

I had booked Daikin Split AC 1.5 ton on 23rd April and it is almost four days now and not yet delivered and no proper response from the concerned Vasanth and Co Porur branch executive.
I need some sort of compensation or compliment for the delay occurred as part of my worst customer experience.

Out door stand installation charge, cable charge and delivery charge should be waived off or any other gift or compliment should be provided as part of the compensation for the delay in the delivery

My home v guard stabiliser did not work, I have warranty for this product and I give back to vasanth & co, they will take time 21days still didn't get back . They always saying 2days more 2days more how many time I heard this sentences. Kindly solve my problem quick.

Ac issue

Recently bought a Godrej AC from OMR Sholinganallur branch on 15th April (bill no: [protected])and it got delivered only after a week, after 2days installation has been done on 22nd April by nature AtoZ service agency, but the technician has not installed AC properly and it’s not even cooling, I called them to fix it, but there is no proper response and switched off the mobile[protected]… poor customer service and unreliable technicians… this is my first experience with vasanth & co service. Pls take necessary action on this to resolve the issue

I have purchase my samsung AC at Ullagaram branch on last Saturday and he said it wil deliver on Monday and installation wil do on tuesday.but no one is calling me til now .i had a cal with person he said was started now, but now he is not picking my call.i have taken leave today for installation and i Loss my today salary .

I recently purchased a LLYOD air condition. At the time of installation technician found defect on the indoor unit that leaking of GAS. This is very worst purchase experiance in this shop. Shop not responding properly. Shop located near New bus stand. ATC depot opp. SALEM. TAMIL NADU.

He is so rude and cunning to customer. His name is varathan

Worst in responding not able to attend the call i have calling from mrng 10 to till now no one is picking the call I don’t know what they are doing in the shop

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I bought Usha maximus Mixer grinder at vasanth and co ulnagaram branch on 14.12.2022
We had a coil smell at tthe very beginning and after noticing that we immediately called vasanth and co customer service and they advised us to use the product the smell will be gone soon

On 12.03.2023 there was huge smoke and we took the product to the Vasanth and co branch.. they repaired the product by Changing the motor and after 5 days(16.03.2023) i got my product back

Later I bought the product to home and I tried to switch on the product.. but it is not even switching on

Please provide replacement.

No customer service.no response . please do the needful

Made purchase of LG AC at Sholinganallur branch. Delivery which was to be done yesterday wasn't made, giving lame excuses that mobile was not reachable. When we r sitting in the house taking two days leave anticipating the delivery of AC strday and installation the next day i.e today till now we haven't received the delivery. Our two days leave has been wasted and the work also is not finished. Putting us under stress because of the follow up continuously for the past two days with delivery department. The people in delivery department response is in a very harsh manner. What should we do on this delay?

I purchased ONIDA TV from vasanth and co at Karaikudi branch in last year may (2022 may). Now my TV got fault and same was informed to Vasanth and co customer care on 20th Feb 2023. Then after four days the technician came and said both panel and board got faulted it will be replaced. Till now no one came and resolved this issue. Around 3 weeks completed. I don't know the why the spares got faulty within 8 months. Whether vasanth and co saled some unreliable appliances or it's a manufacturing defect.
