We have booked a samsung micro oven at 01.01.2019 from solinganallur branch and till now it not delivered and while booking it was promised to delivered on 2nd jan, on 2nd we spoke to your representative on the afternoon and she informed the same will be delivered 2nd evening. 3rd morning onwards tried to connect the representative and could catch on evening and he informed out of stack and it will be delivered on 4th before noon. But it is yet to be delivered. We request you to kindly let us know the status of the order which we hopefully you will delivery today otherwise we will cancel our order.
