[Resolved] Vasanth & Co — tata sky dth | |||
I bought a tatasky dth from vasanth and co sivakasi branch on 21/03/2018. My dish stopped working from 09/05/2018. I registered a complaint with the branch i bought the product from as well as i filed a service complaint with tatasky customer care also. There is no response from both. I enquired vasanth and co sivakasi branch about the complaint i registered with. They said that it is not our responsibility or concern, we cannot do anything with that, you have to ask the tatasky customer care only, they gave a contact number of some other person and asked me contact the person. When i contacted the person he gave another contact number. The process went on. Till now my dish is not working. What i have to do with this now? Any solution? If a dealer cannot provide service for a product then why should they sell that product? Was this information helpful? | |||
