Product delivered is not same as per the Product Display in the vastrova.com when asked for refund company claims that they will charge/deduct certain amount for refund and also saying that remaining amount should be transferred to wallet . and also i am insisted to do shop again in their website. i don't trust their company after receiving such a worst quality of material. I have attached necessary document and their conversation history along with the complaint. Request you to take necessary action against them and help me get my refund.
