We have booked vastu vihar simplex in 2019 and till now they have not registered it under our name. Further along 2021 it was revealed that the land is not owned by vastu vihar itself and hence they are not able to provide the registry. They constantly ask for money to progress the work with no deadline of when the land will be handed over by the original owners to vastu vihar. This is happening in Giridih, Jharkhand.

Hey, I'm your client from vastu vihar bit mesra nano" c" Phase-4, in our block nano c. There are huge crises of water supply. Even when we call the water suppliers they just says that they can't do anything with it. It's not like that there is water crisis even in front of our house there is an bangalow. They use enough water not only for daily use even gardening too. And we don't have water to drink.. This is very big problem for us.. Please provide any solution regarding this..

We live in Vastu Vihar phase 1 @ Asansol since last two months we are facing water shortage. They have only one well. These people give water after a day which creates many problems for us. So please solve our problem. We fight for a drop of water.

My flat no 306 is in vastuvihar phase 8/aditi project patna. But it is unfortunate to tell you that my flat no is change to flat no- 304 as pet record. I want to know how it is possible without my concurrence. Pls tell the reason and amend your record.

I am your CLIENT for Jayanti-27, Phase 2, Darbhanga (Bihar) Branch. I am not satisfied by work at my home and commitment of MD Mr. Nishant is not meeting. He only bluff to us on every call and from last 15 days he is also not picking phone. I complaint about it at Patna branch but then also no progress. It feels really disgusting from staff behaviour of Vastu Vihar. The brand name is really damaged in my eyes. Kindly take action and help time to increase my house progress and tell staff not to bluff with us.

Dear Sir, I Baijnath Prasad House no is Jyanti west 5 Road No 2, Uttarayan, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. Sir I booked house since Dec 2014 and all payments including meter amount for Rs. 21000/- paid. Till date not meter affix in my home. Complain has already told to branch manager Tiwari ji and Niranjan ji both not respond. Please check and confirm me. Sir I'm soldier and posted to remote area. महाशय,
उपर्युक्त प्रसंगालोक में कहना है कि आपके द्वारा वास्तु विहार बैजनाथपुर में विद्युत खंभा एवं तार लगाने के लिए बिहार विद्युत आपूर्ति कोड 2007 का उल्लेख करते हुए सभी कार्य के लिए वास्तु विहार प्रबंधन को जवाबदेह बनाया गया है।
उक्त विषयक आलोक में स्पष्ट होना चाहते हैं कि
1. क्या वास्तु विहार बैजनाथपुर परिसर के मुख्य मार्ग में इसी नियम के तहत विद्युत खंभा एवं सभी मकान में में विद्युत तार लगाया गया है?
2. यदि हां। तो कावेरी-15 में विद्युत तार लगाने के लिए थाना चौक सहरसा विद्युत कार्यालय से लेकर JE, सौर बाजार कार्यालय तक चक्कर लगाते लगाते जूते धिस गया। ओनलाइन आवेदन को जबतक भेरीफाइड नहीं किया गया जबतक कि मीटर रीडर के माध्यम से सेवा शूल्क नहीं दिया गया।
सभी मकान में मीटर के साथ पाइप, पोल से मकान तक तार तथा एक एम सी बी दिया गया जबकि उक्त मकान में मीटर के अलावा कुछ नहीं लगाया गया।
हद तो तब हुआ जबकि उक्त सभी सामग्री के क़ीमत के रूप में प्रथम बील में रुपए जोड़ कर भेजा गया।
इसकी शिकायत की बात कहने पर धमकाया जाता है।
3. JE के समक्ष वास्तु विहार प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजर का कहना था कि सभी मकान में बीजली विभाग द्वारा तार लगाया गया तथा बील का भुगतान बिजली विभाग लेता है तो बिजली विभाग ही शाखा रोड में पोल देगा तथा सारी जवाबदेही अब बिजली विभाग की है।
4.सभी मकान में बिजली विभाग के कर्मचारियों द्वारा तार जोड़ा गया। यदि इस प्रकार की खतरा एवं नियम है तो आपके विभाग द्वारा वास्तु विहार प्रबंधन से शाखा रोड में पोल क्यों नहीं लगवाया गया?
5. क्या उक्त प्रकरण में आपके विभाग की लापरवाही परिलक्षित नहीं होती है? तब जब सभी उपभोक्ताओं द्वारा नियमित रूप से बील का भुगतान किया जा रहा है।
6. क्या उपर्युक्त तथ्यों के आलोक में किसी प्रकार की दुर्धटना होने पर केवल वास्तु विहार प्रबंधन जवाबदेह है? आप जवाबदेह नहीं है ंं
7. माननीय मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा धोषणा किया गया कि बिहार में कहीं भी पोल पर खुली तार नहीं है।
क्या वास्तु विहार में बिजली विभाग द्वारा कवर तार लगाया गया है?
अस्तु अभिलंब समस्याओं का निराकरण कर वास्तु विहार परिवार को दुर्घटना से बचाया जाए।

Hello My parents have house in vastu vihar from 2011 since then we are facing lots of problems regarding water and light infact society in getting dirty day by day I don't understand why not anyone is taking stand guard is not doing his duty he even doesn't ask who is coming inside all stray cows are roaming whole day here and there every where you can cow dung.there is no one look after this society.staff members are very rude.we are regretting buying house here.with very hopefully I am writing you kindly look after this as soon as possible.Thanks and Regards

I have already complained several times without any assistance in resolving the basic issues related to basic amenities and infrastructure at Vastu Vihar, Phase-1, Hajipur. It has been more than a month and a large part of Vastu Vihar is still water logged. Despite paying for the lift, we are still facing hardship in our day to day activities.
we are facing water crisis since morning today. Since the motor is out of order there is no makeshift arrangement and we have to procure water after coming down from the 4th floor and then climb up for numerous times. Nobody would have thout of such a state of sorry affairs at Vastu Vihar. There is hardly anyone bothering about us and lend a helping hand the poor occupants of Vastu Vihar.
An alternate arrangement may kindly be kept in place so that we don't to wander for water in the scorching heat.

Kindly refer to my complaint ID-2912863 dtd. 3rd July, 2021. No action has been taken as yet from your end. Continuous water seepage has damaged my walls, paints & putty. Even my wall mounted wardrobes got affected. In addition, termite attack occurred from floor underneath at my Modular Kitchen & Bathroom. Now I have to pay additional 20K Rs to renovate my kitchen again. PM at Alipurduar is happy to forward every complaint to GM at Siliguri, Mr Pankaj. I have personally called him several times & Watsapped all details. But he too is happy to remain silent.

I took over my JE-14 Jayanti bungalow at Alipurduar only 06 months ago.
Monsoon has just begun & already 80% of walls having water seepage. This has damaged my newly painted walls & False ceilings made of Gypsum boards. I spent a lot for Interior, but all are getting wasted.
I have brought it to the notice of Project Mangager Mr. Vijay several times, but all went in vain.

Kindly arrange to do something else your Company will loose its goodwill & find it difficult to sell your buildings.

I am owner of Jayanti Bunglow-27 (Phase-2) at Darbhanga Bihar. I am seeing no any work progress on my project. Whenever I tried to contact locally they not respond properly. Everytime they are ready with excuses. I am mentally disappointed as I have made 80% of payment for my home. I mailed 2-3 times on [protected]@vastuvihar.com. but there is no response.

We are living in vastu vihar since 3 years . When we were new at this place evrything was normal. But nowadays its became very frustrating to leave in this place. Its the reason behind this because we are not getting water facilities in any single time . And the supervisor of this society is not doing anything for solution. He always demands money for everything. And after all he use to give customer's appartment to the staff members to stay. Please vastu vihar do something regarding the water issues and your staff facilities. Because we are very disappointed with this all.

Sir, My name pankaj my simplex house booked in ARA phase 1 Ekwana, . I want to visit in ARA phase1 due to all materials use in very low quality, I have very tide more complain in your Ara office but no any response, please check it and needful action.

I have booked a JAYANTI BANGLOW in Aurangabad, Bihar. I have to make many modifications and extra works. But, project Manager has started the work of plinth level.
I had requested him to start the work of my building after a Bhumi - pujan by my family members. He had assured too. But, informed me after piling Completed. Now, giving a pressure for payment.
So, I'm looking for Cancellation of the Booking.
