I Ritu Raj visited vatika xpressions sector 88b Gurugram on 14/10/2023 for a 2 BHK flat that I booked.I was well assisted by the sales team on site.After discussions with sales team, I decided to book the flat.Therefore, I transferred Rs. 11, 000/- in the account of Vatika limited - xpressions Escrow A/C after finalising the unit.Now, I want to cancel above booking as I had suffered some unforeseen financial circumstances in recent days.I am also enclosing the transaction details for your reference.

Vatika has leased out these units to efkon india pvt. Ltd. And we are supposed to get monthly rental plus gst 18% every month by 5thof the said month. But we are not getting gst for about 18 months. However we are depositing the same to govt every month on due dates in order to avoid penalty and interest chares by gst department. However vatika is claiming the same gst from portal every month by showing part of the rent as gst payment to us in their records, but wheras they are giving us payment advice as payment of rental. Please note that this is a crimiinal offence on their part. Please look into the matter so thatwe canget our gst payment asap.--raju chhugani (ar)

I have bought 2 units in Vatika Emelia Luxury Floors, Sector 83 Gurugram. The unit details are - Unit 20, 3rd Floor, K block and Unit 22, 3rd Floor, K block. The builder was supposed to give possession by Jan 23. The possession is delayed signifcantly and hence they have now stopped taking any calls and responding to any mails or chats.

Hi, my court fees challan is misused by some other client. My 50005 is gone in vain now. Why this fraud happened?

I own 3 units in Vatika Mindscapes I have no update for over 5 years.

Registry of conveyance deed pending since a long

I had purchased flat from Vatika in April 2021 and Flat registry tobe done by Vatika within 60 days from date of purchase.
I had submitted complete payment thru. DD, Stamp papers, court fee slip etc. But still after 1.5 yeas Vatika is not doing my flat registry.
It seems like Vatika is done Fraud with his customer taking all the money and doing nothing except harassed to customer.
Flat address: G-7, 17th 2nd floor, sector 82 Gurgaon.

I'm an investor from Bangalore. Vatika has assured payment of 65/- per sq feet for the lease of City Center at sector 82, Gurgaon. It's been 4 years since they've stopped paying the amount.
I've been contacting them for last 3 years but issue has not been resolved. Now they don't even respond to phone/mails.
Please help in solving this problem. It is not possible for me to physically come to Gurgaon.

Please note that I invested in Turning Point project under subvention scheme and paid INR 6.5 lac initially followed by another INR 55719/- for BBA RERA registration on 08/05/2018. Its been more than 6 years and there is no progress and I suppose the project has been scrapped.

You are requested to refund the amount with interest at the earliest.

I have sent various enquirers through website / emails but didn’t receive any response.

I hope an early action will be taken and the said amount of INR 705719/- with interest till date will be refunded.

My car was parked outside as instructed by security personnel. Someone smashed it and they didn't even bother to inform me. I was told after 1 hr. The head of security personnel misbehaved with me. No one listening. Previously also such incidents took place in vatika India. There is no safety of people living here. Gurads are just there to harass maids. Extremely pathetic condition with no cctv and no safety. Would recommend my relatives and Friends to never come to vatika India next sector 82

Hey I'm working in a company situated at sector 54 Gurgaon vatika towers from 3 years.. but now a days their security personnel are behaving worst, they are like denying to entry of 2 Wheeler.. so they can sell same parking with only 1000 as cash.
I can't imagine their seniors are also involved, and they are saying parking is full. Please resolve it ASAP

I am a resident of Vatika Urban Woods Jaipur.
Unit 01/ Grevillea Street/ Ground Floor
My concern is we are facing water logging problem in common Porch area due to which we all three flat owners are unable to go through the porch area during Monsoon season.
We cannot walk easily in and out. We are using rocks for our foot steps. This is problem took place because the person who initially purchased these three flats in Unit 01 (grevillea street) got the plantation side area in the porch cemented.
I had words with Mr Vikramjit about the issue we are facing but he anyway gives me excuses and the issue is not getting resolve.
Today also i had words with Col Mehta and he told me that he will look into this matter (i am grateful)

Sir this is a request please kindly tell them to resolve this issue as we all are facing problems with this.

We have been facing daily unscheduled power cut of 4-5 hours in vatika sector 83. The repetitive information that enviro team shares is that there is one or the other fault in lines at dhbvn end. Is there any solution permanent solution to fix this issue?

We purchased flat number A1-902, boulevard heights, vatika lifestyle, Sector-83, Gurgaon.
During the time of booking they committed us with below stuff:
Possession will be given within 30 days
Premium Stuff for all washroom with modular kitchen, and now it's around 40 days no handover is given to us and if we call the Vatika Possession team they say work will be completed in few days and increasing the date of possession day by day.
Also all the Switches are not given to us new they have installed old switches
Doors are also installed old
Wash Basin are also installed old

We reached out to Vatika possession team multiple time and not getting any positive response.

The overall work quality which is done till now is very bad.

Below are the images of work done till now for possession, and still much of the work is pending to be completed.

We have a home in Vatika group's Sec 82 project named Signature Villas. These people have charged a fortune for these villas. However, the material used to plaster the walls is not cement but Plaster of Paris which ultimately helps in seepage of water thus weakening walls.

We faced a life threatening situation due to this substandard construction as my daughter's wall mounted table came crashing down and fortunately my daughter who is 7 years old was able to move timely.

We want due compensation from Vatika in this matter and I urger the authorities to kindly take some strict action in this un regulated industry.

I had taken possession of my Vatika iris floor in 2016, and yet to receive an OC for my house.
Pls advise status.

I booked a property in the vatika group’s jaipur project on ajmer road. However, the property amount they told us was much higher than the property’s actual worth. So, we canceled it and gave them all the documents for the cancellation which they asked for. It’s been more than 4 months and they have not returned it yet. When we call them, they don’t attend our calls most of the time and when they do attend they will keep giving the next month’s date which never comes.
I kindly request you to please look into the matter.
The amount was 2, 11, 000 which was given by cheque.

We would like to bring to your notice major seepage issues in our apartment no N3/704, lifestyle homes, Sector 83, Gurgaon.

1. There is water leakage around window of Master Bed Room
2. Seepage on wall of Master Bed Room
3. Living room corner fully damaged due to seepage
3. Balcony corner damaged due to seepage
4. Living room corner (near balcony door) fully damaged due to seepage
5. We have been in touch with your team for past several months now but they have not been able to resolve any of these issues.

Kindly depute some senior personnel who can help us achieve permanent closure of this issue. Our property is getting damaged due to no adequate action being taken from your team. Please note that all of these issues are due to water piping or external structural defects of Vatika LSH for which cannot be sorted out without your team's intervention. This requires serious interest from your team to address these defects so that we do not have to face deterioration of our property.

Hi Team,

We have a Flat at Vatika Xpressions, sector 88B. Recently, we have received the Offer of Possession demand letter from the group without any Occupancy Certificate.
The group has applied for OC but have not received any. Yet they are handing over possession to the people.
Now we are in catch 22 situation, shall we pay our last installment (c. 50%) without OC or shall we wait for OC and pay the penalty charges and at the risk of forfeiting of all the earlier payment.
Please suggest?

I applied for ddjay sector 88b gurgaon in vatika project prelaunch offer at sector 88 b, they assured me to give reciept after getting rera number but neither they recieved rera nor they are providing reciept.I made payment through rtgs/ cheque in the name of vatika ltd. I want to know about the status or refund with interest of 7 months.
