I have a commercial Unit No.820 at Vatika INXTCC since 2013. The company was paying the rent as per the contract, but stopped the payments since last three years.I shall request you to look into it. I am very sure there are going to be lot of people like me.
Since I am a non resident and have no easy way to visit them, they do not reply to your calls .

I have not received my rent for the month of May for my property No. A 306.vatika Tower
Kindly look into the matter, as i am a snior citizen, widow and my house runs on this income.Thank you

I have booked a 155 sq yard plot in vatika sec 89.they did not license and sold the land to M3M.Now they are not refunding my payment of Rs 35 lakhs....

I sale my Flat to Mr Piyush jaiswal .He has taken a loan From HDFC bank of Rs 43.50 lacs, Bank issued DD on 13.04.2021 but Not Recd by us due to lockdown at Haryana as well as closed of your office.from approx 40 days.

In That case, deal has not completed . Please give me some solution, so that we will close the deal immediately. Waiting for your reply.

Hi team,

I live in vatika independent floors g 9 and lately we are facing lot of problem when it comes to electricity. Every day there is an outage of atleast 1 hrs or more. Last week no electricity was there on one of the days for almost 15 hrs. I understand there was an issue. But issue everyday is not acceptable. All o[censored]s are working from home and if you have to do maintainence do it the morning 8 to 10 everyday nobody will have issues nor complaints. But odd timings are impactful and also it's summer heat is unbearable though its raining and weather is not terrible but you need to understand it's just acceptable once the weather is hot and office work to gets hampered. Please try and plan your maintainence in the morning when it is pleasant and electricity issues can be tolerated.

Humbly request you all to understand that this days we depend on electricity for our survival. If I am not able to work properly what is the point in staying in this society.

I purchased a residential plot in suraksha enclave vatika limited at jaipur in oct 2019 after paying of full payment of vatika limited i apply for jda patta in jda office after they demend form me all development fees and charges so i am agree of paying this charges but they demend from me a charges of name interest on development fees from 2013 to till now so why i pay interest from 2013 to till now i am liable only for oct 2019 to till and interest amount of 2013 to till now approxmately 30000 i am not able & liabable to pay this amount so i requested you pls refund of this amount

i purchased plot of suraksha enclave at jaipur rajasthan company has jda camp in oct 2020 but this is information is hide by company employees and when i apply for jda patta in department they demanded my interest on development charges of rupees almost 29000 they say this scheme is 2013 but i purchased plot in 2019 and camp was fix in oct 2020
so i am not responsable of this hide information i am giving only oct 2020 to till now interest on development charges not responsable for interest pay form 2013 to oct 2020 so i requested pls refund of this amount which are deposited in jda department by me

We have a 500sq feet commercial space P167 in tower C of Vatika commercial on golf course road gurgaon. The promised rentals were recieved till october 18. There has been no response since then . We have written so many times to them but there has been no response.
Vatika group is a big cheat, fraudulant group who have no integrity . They have made so many projects by cheating their customers....

In heavy rains water may seep through these exposed bars, causing lime and other chemicals in the the steel to oxidise.This may be the reason for spalling of concrete in future and there may be loss of life if roof falls due to loss in strength in building. I know technicality as I am a retired civil enginner. Please do the needful.31S, H-10, Vatika emillia, Vatika India Next.

I have purchased a residential plot in Block J7.1, plot no. 18 in Vatika India next sector 83 Gurgaon. it's been 6 months since I have not received the last payment demand of my plot's possession, and metallic work of road, and electrification work. and from last six months, Vatika office attendants are delaying it and even one of them says to me it can take more than 1 or 2 years.

I just want to know that why is there a delay in my plot. when we are ready to pay for the remaining amount.
I just want my plot to be cleared and the remaining work at my plot i.e. metallic work of road and electrification work and my possession should be done as soon as possible.
so that I can apply for registration and start construction on my plot.
And if this work would take time, I want a valid reason for that and a time limit in which it would be done.

and kindly reply to this complaint as soon as possible.
and provide me the solution.

I have booked a plot in Vatika India Next project in Feb. 2006.They changed the location of the plot three times but still I didn't get the possession of the plot. currently my plot no is TWN-003/7/J-14/83J/300/SECTOR 83. I can't send them mails because they make such a system that nobody can send mails. Many times I have raised querry for the possession of the plot but no result.
pls. help me to get the possession of plot.

We have a 3 bedroom apartment that we purchased from Vatika Limited. This was rented back to Vatika Limited on contractual rental and a 10% annual rental increment.

1.Vatika Limited has failed to pay us rent for April & May 2020 & then discontinued paying rent from January 2021. to date (currently March 2021). Total overdue is 5 months as of date

2. Annual rental increment of 10% starting April 2020 has not been paid at all till date.

We are based overseas in UAE. All attempts to contact Vatika via mails & calls have been unsuccessful. Our phone calls are no longer being taken by them

I booked a Plot measuring 164 sq. yds. for the captioned scheme. Booking by -Neera Yadav. paid 5, 00, 000 through chque and 164000 by cash in February and June 2020 respectively.

Can I please know the exact status? are we getting license under DDJAY? it has been almost an year we have been waiting. plot number B1/15.

Vatika (Gautam Bhalla, MD of Vatika) has signed a buyback agreement against a flat in Sovereign next in 2015.

The duration of this buyback agreement was 36 months. At the end of the agreement, I was having two options.
· Option A: Either to continue with the booking and start paying per-EMI s myself
· Option B: Surrender the booking and Vatika will buy back the property. Vatika will prepay the loan which was taken from the lender.

I opted for Option B(Surrender the booking) and the property was returned to Vatika. I have been continuously following up with Mr. Gautam Bhalla and his team for the closure of the loan taken against the property, but there is no response. They are not responding to my emails and phone calls. I am taking the burden of interest on the property which already returned to Vatika

In the name of the buyback agreement, Vatika has done fraud. I need help to get closure on this issue.

Neither rent nor assured returns have been given for our space of 500sq feet in Tower C 806 Vatika Mindscape
Although we have been coaxed to submit original agreement in Exchange for pending fixed return for last 2 years, we have chosen to retain our original contract paper in case we are forced to go for legal complaint against them...

My unit 806 tower C for 500sq feet in name of komal Deth and Mridul Seth was purchased in 2013 on assured return basis till the tower is constructed and later rent of minimum 65 ra/ sq feet
The payment were regular first few years and the they stopped paying citing the order from SEBI against fixed assured returns.
But our unit has been constructed from last 2 year and yet the are not paying the rent on it .

I have an writing since last 15 days for providing the account statement but no one is referring particularly Payal.
