I have a unit in Vatiak India Next Emelia, and I recevied a letter from Vatika asking to pay the next installment. I cannot login to their website to even see the status of my property in question. Up until last year I could access it, but now it ask for salesforce verification, which was never communicated to the customers. Have written numerous times to customer care and called their number, but not once anybody reverted.
The people citing at the collection center near sector 82/83, are extremely rude and they care least. They just told me to reach out to customer care, and ofcourse nobody responds from the CC.
Now if the payment is delayed, then who will be responsbile for this delay? Me who wants to pay but their system doesnt allow me to login, or Vatika?
