Hi to all it is fake v care i went actually pigmentation problem don't want others to waste money and their time in vcare.
I paid almost 20k for treatment and 7k/month for medicine. Totally i would have spent 27k for vcare.
But i couldn't see any result.
Every-time when i meet the doctor and complain about the pigmentation, she will say you will see the result after two month,.. I don't know how many two months she will...

I joined vcare for treatment of my face before 5 months
Treatment name mbt, i paid some amnt of rs.25000, and treatment cream product rs.10000 so totally i paid rs.35000 on till now. They said 100% your skin whil be cure and fair, colour improvement they give promise to me... Still now 5 sitting have over before 1 month but i have no changes in my face and also it's giong badly reaction on my face... So 0% improment am soooo feeling...

Hi, I am totally frustrated about v care clinic in vellore. I started treatment for my wife regarding hair fall on september month. They checked the hair conditions & suggested to get 4 kits for 4 months to use. But After 2 months o[censored]sing no good result came. But in between my wife got conceived & she thought that dont want to continue the other 2 kits. Then I approached the vcare clinic to return the other 2 kits. But they are saying that...

I have approached vcare in the month of august 2015. I have hair fall and hair thinning. They suggested me biocell therapy for regrowth of my lost hair and hair fall. They assured me 80% of my original hair. So i have paid 56, 000 rupees. Treatment went on for 8 months. They used to suggest anti dandruff and hair growth spray if rs. 3, 500 each and supplements of rs.2, 200 every month.Initially hair fall and dandrufff seemed to be controlled....

Guys, please don't waste your money by going to vcare, its complete fraud company, I almost spent 1.3 lac's and lost my hair even more. They gave me HRT, maintenance and biocell but of no use, my hair was lot lot better before I went to VCare. You can see my before and after going to vcare photos. I dont have any bald head but i have heavy hair fall because of that i have gone to VCare, they have tested and said that they will give treatment according to that BUT after their treatment i got "Bald Head", then i have asked their doctor on face to face all this is FAKE then i got no response..
So dont go to this.. it is completely fake...
i have spend nearly 30,000 rupees but no result.....

I was started my session of laser hair removal and needless meso therapy in-between i was pregnant that i asked Dr jothi she is my consulting doctor for vcare she said send a mail we will check then i visited there and asked need to give any letter she said mail is enough that time also i asked i didn't get any reply mail she said I'll check mam that's all now after my delivery i spoken to vcare person first they said your session was expired then i shouted Ms. Nandini branch manager spoken she said come and meet me @ Branch so i visited there on 7th may 2025 she checked and confirm your session is still open live mam not closed our vcare team person will call for session then i came to home next day again i called them again she said your session is expired people are playing with my emotion i paid Rs. 50, 000 For this treatment there is no proper guidelines there is no proper response they are very rude to the customer this is how there are playing with customer money.

Kindly save me from losing my money. I'hv visited Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh branch, where I was not having any idea of how Vcare staff treatment towards customer.
I went to share my problem of hair thinning, I thought I'll have some expert opinion based on that I can decide what to do. So I dint scalp scan & paid for that some initial amount 550.
they convinced me in pressurized way to pay 2, 500 as blocking amount.
Trust me the situation is different here, manager and staff are talked to me in such a way that, I was not even having option to go out decide what can be done before such big advanced treatment.

Due to my health issue, Now I hv to take care of my health, and I'm not ready for any such scalp treatment.
Now manager &staff saying "did we ask you to pay the amount, you only paid from your UPI, we cannot give you back the money, if want you can take product", seriously this is not the way, they didn't even start the treatment to forfeit my money.

Please help me on getting my money back.

On Jan 2020, I visited your facility for hair loss treatmemt in one of your branch at T. NAGAR and was assured that the entire treatment process would be completed during that visit and it is available for future days. I have also paid an amount of Rs. 60, 000 in single payment for the reputed service provided by you. However, upon reviewing the records and discussing with the staff, they called me to complete my session but as adviced by your staff I was away from the town for my higher studies hence I couldn't complete.. I made detailed discussion before leaving here.. The management adviced me to use the products whatever they subscribed till I continue my session here and I have also bought the same.

Eventhough, it is adviced I have attended a many sessions in 2022 and 2023. And continued my treatment as advised by various doctors. Even the management assured me that your treatment can be resume at anytime.

I must emphasize the importance of completing the full treatment process as advised by the doctors to ensure the best possible outcome and my overall well-being. Furthermore, the incomplete treatment has caused me inconvenience, uncertainty, and worry about the effectiveness of the partial treatment I received.

I understand that oversights can occur, but in a matter as crucial as health and wellness, it is imperative that every step is taken with the utmost care and attention to detail. Therefore, I request that immediate action be taken to rectify the situation and complete the remaining steps of the treatment process without further delay.

I trust that you will address this matter promptly and provide me with an explanation as to why the treatment process was left incomplete. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could confirm the steps that will be taken to ensure such oversights do not happen in the future.

I value the services provided by your facility and believe in the expertise of your team. However, this unfortunate incident has left me disappointed and concerned about the level of care provided. Initially when i approached vcare skin and hair clinic, they said cost of entire session is 73k both skin and hair including products and supplements but now they are saying that we said only for 2 sessions other we will charge the cost and i need to pay for it. i have contacted them but no one responded so far. i need an apology letter and refund amount.

After filing a complaint, I received a call from management, and they scheduled a Skype meeting to discuss my stretch marks. The person who reviewed my stretch marks gave me her number to contact her. I kept calling her about the refund, but both she and the Coimbatore Sungam branch manager called me and offered 6 sessions instead. I refused because of the poor treatment and behavior. I asked for a refund, and Preethi said they approved it. This dialogue has been ongoing for 4 months. When I called another number provided by customer care, they said there's no evidence of a refund. Is this some kind of joke you're playing on me, causing me stress? I need a refund because of the worst treatment.

I complained before but the doctor divya bharathi who has been appointed is amazing but the support staff is so rude. One person a tall male shouted at me to get out of the photo room. He is not even a doctor but keeps acting like one. Next time if he shouts at me and I would want to pick a fight cause that's how much he has riled me up. By fight I mean violence. Because I'm a doctor myself and I can't withstand such disrespect.

I have paid for Service during covid time in Vcare and the staff informed the service is valid for lifetime and took the payment through online service.
Post covid after multiple visits and talking to the executives, Vcare has denied the treatment. Worst service that have ever been done by such a reputed organization.

i am vcare customer from 2017, i am facing the problem with the vcare nizampet branch from last 6month regarding PRP double entry and this is done by v care team . it is almost 6 months completed but still my problem was not solved . they are not responding from past 6month.
every time they are skip the problem.

I would like to raise a complaint against v care kammanahalli center in Bangalore. We have taken full face hair removal treatment and there is no proper response from any one from this branch. Initially Dr Maria gave lot of commitments with 100% results. Now in the branch all associates has been replaced and they do not have enough experience to treat people and we are not getting proper response. Starting days there was a issue with lazer machine availability in whole Bangalore and now lack of trichologists. We are tired and raising this complaint

Im Mahalakshmi, i paid Rs 50000 for laser hair removal ( 10 sitting with 2 free sitting totally 12 sitting ) on july 8 2020. I enquried the incharge about duration of treatment because it was peak corona time, cant attend treatment regularly like that. They said there is no duration its according to the hair growth you have. So i attend 6 session till 2021 nov. On feb 2022 i made a call to v care vellore and said i have slight hair growth but im pregnant, they said after 3 month of delivery u come mam. Then i made a call on april 2023. Then said my session was closed. I asked them without any information how u can close my session that too i informed about my pregnancy to you. I called number of times they didnt respond. By taking my infant i went to the clinic on oct 2023. They asked me to give written complaints and will call back within 15 days. Since i didnt receive any call from them. I made online complaints by call the customer care officer said ill receive a call, but since i didnt receive any call.

I visited porur chennai vcare branch for my acne treatment they told me it would cost 40k and there will complete recovery.But then it is still the same as I was before there is no improvement either in my skin nor reducing acne. I already spent 50k for this. There is a doctor change in between my treatment. The second doctor is very immature and doesn't know any medical treatment related she just talks unnecessary things other than treatment. Just in one instance i had a cyst on my head and she was not able to confirm me if is a cyst or a lump and she asked me to visit a general physician for treatment. They are not responsible at all for the treatment. I am just wasting my time and money. I want full refund

I am choosing ultra facial treatment at tirupati, we done 1st sitting on 3rd oct'23, we faced headache 3 days from the treatment, so cancelled my treatment, I am intimate to v care centre also, that people no response still nov, I am paid 32000/-

I have visited v care clinic on October 2022.they have prescribed 24 sessions of serum aroma therapy, 6 laser and 8 yellow pearl session..each at a gap of 15 days.first the bill was wrong.they have deducted around 4000 for some hair test which is not at all there in my prescription and was not done and. 500 for skin test which was not done. I had raised this several times and they said that branch manager is not there, once she comes you will get a refund ..this kept on lagging till today..inspite of this, it is impossible to complete this many sessions in a year with 15 days gap..so last month they said my treatment is going to expire in a month..after making several requests they said they will extend..I called everyday and they lagged it assuring me that it would be done..this October it got expired and now they are cutting my calls and not responding to my texts .I have 2 yellow peel sessions pending and 12 aroma peel sessions + my refund..last month I have called for appointment for yellow peel and they cancelled it saying doctor is not there..so many times I visited the clinic after taking the appointment and they would suggest me come the next week since the treatment might become late..I have mailed them on the first week itself but no reply came..in clinic also so many times I told and they would suggest the problem to be solved next week

Stop spam calls. They have been calling me multiple time a day from different number every time.
