I visited to vcare hospital at RS puram Coimbatore branch on 09thaugust and opted for a treatment.

They explained the packages for treatment, and the package amount was bit high, so you can just pay some amount to lock the offer, So as they say, I am also paid Rs. 55000 for full amount and take the basic theraphy,

After that day, and have a some financial and family issue, so i need to cancel the treatment, i request the vcare clinic and cancel the treatment and request for refund, I requested daily but no responses from their side, they still tried me to take the treatment

I request vcare customer consumer email and reported this issue, but no responses from their side,

I have taken general scalp sitting only that cost was (rs.590) and home care kit of Rs. 3935, So get this amount from advance amount, and refund the remaining amount.

However i haven’t taken any treatment.

I have consulted vcare on August 2022 for hair regrowth, after consulting i captured a picture to see my results myself, all these time i was fooled listening to vcare, they were saying my donor was developed.

But after long time when I compare my hair with my old picture i found that I lost my hair, I was treated by untrained person twice I am not satisfied with the service.

I request you to change your process or treatment procedures it's up to you, am just expecting my hair regrowth as promised.

I paid more than lakh for treatment and in total with 2 lakh including medicine, Waste of money and in addition I wasted my valuable time.

Seriously am not interested in your treatment procedures, as there is no result.

How can I expect resolution for this, kindly suggest.

One year ago, i have visited vcare clinic at anna nagar 2nd avenue.

Doctors suggested PRP and cell theraphy. But i used to travel alot so i said them some sessions can be delayed.

They said its not a problem and made me to pay for PRP (3+1) and cell theraphy in full payment which i did.

I took few sessions of theraphy only 2 sessions pending
and then took 3 RPR, 1 session pending

now when i visited to clinic for remaining sessions, they said give treatment because my sessions are expired.

how is this logic?
i have given my money, what is the problem in giving the treatment? Im not asking my money back.. im asking the treatment for which i have already paid the money.

even during the payment they said, its not a problem if im out of station, but now they are saying sessions expired, because its been 1 year.

since its been 1 yr and if you cannot give treatment give my money back.
or
give treatement

This is literally cheating of people money and not giving treatment, what cheap tactics is this?

I have reached out to v care for hair removal treatment and in appointment they confirmed me that I won't get hair after sittings even I double checked she said the same like I won't get hair permanently. I believed in v care and went ahead with further treatment by paying 80000. Hope this is not the small amount. I was okay with first 2 sittings however later I felt bad in remaining two sittings one because of machine problem and other therapist...

I had hair transplant surgery with Vcare on 3rd Nov 2022, and initally I identified the surgery was not done properly as there is huge gap between graphs and the I contacted surgen but no response and I started to contact my consult doctor in Guntur branch but they asked to wait for few days until hair grows, I have waited but there is no result, I keep contacting them asking for resolution and they are not even responding to me and everytime the say they will contact me back but no done, I fed up contacting them and I wanted to complain on them as I lost my time, money, stressedup with this whole process. They even sold me their products even before surgery and I see they are not useful and it is not working for me, they should atleast test one product on me and observe if it works, but they just wanted to sell their products and sold me bulk which is not useful and I started to use products I buy from medicalshop as prescribed by surgen as they work efficiently, I wasted all money, time and effort with no result. I demand full refund of my money.

On march 7th 2023 when i went to the vcare jayanagar they said to take a microneedling package for the pores.. which cost 14, 614.

They dint even start this microneedling on the same day ..they said me to come after a week on monday i visited over there they said doctor is not available they said to come on tuesday i went and rhey said the same thing doctor is not there you come on wednesday ..are they playing with me ...i dont get holidays i have put a sick leave just to take this treatment and i dnt want this microneedling i want you to refund my amount which i paid over there ...

After this i tried to contact vcare complaints [protected],[protected] from last 2 months nobody responding properly they alwyz use to say will contact you tomorow day aftwr tomorow daily this is only happening sudenly they start to cut my call this thing happening from last 5 months

later on i raise a complaint in consumer forum after this they satrted to call me once in a week and they were knowing i can only speak english kannada ad hindi but still they use to speak in telugu and says sorry sir will contact you soon and they will contact me and again use to speak in telugu from last 2 months this only happening

My name is Vijaya. I have enrolled for multiple treatments for Hair, Skin and Full Body laser since June 2021. It's been more than 2 years & multiple sessions are pending.

I was unable to visit the clinic and discontinued treatments from last 10 months due to a personal issue.

I have been talking to Dr Alfina, Anjana, Anish, Dr Maria and Sony sir. They assured me that the left out treatments will be refunded based on my current situation. But nobody is responding to my calls.

Today, when I called the Vcare Koramangala branch, the receptionist mentioned that all the treatment sessions have expired, which is shocking for me. Dr Mariya does not want to talk to me as well. I spoke to the receptionist and requested a call back, but no call as expected.

I took out a loan and they forced me to enroll multiple treatments with huge amounts. I sent emails to customer care/calling of no use.

on 15th January 2023 i visited jayanagar branch for 3rd session of facial hair removal treatment i got service after 30 min ( after 10 min they removed hair, gap of 10 min doctor came for treatment finally gap of 10 min some...

We have approached VCare for Skin treatment in Kadapa branch.They have suggested EMI process for the payment of treatment.After paying two months installments as downpayment they are saying that our EMI process request had cancelled, so we have to pay total amount at once.Vcare has to check all the formalities before providing their facilities to the customers.Vcare doesn't did it and not responding for our request to refund our money.

They are billing in huge amount but they are not providing proper medical report. Also medicines what they are giving are not having any medicine informations. Doctors are not having medical council registration number. Simply they are giving hand written prescriptions in white paper without any name or clinic informations. They not showing their clinic registration number and GSTN number in their letter pad. When we ask any report, they are typing in one paper with VCare logo and saying they cannot give actual report.

Myself Bhavadharani i take treatment in Kumbakonam vcare branch by Dr.rajasri i booked 3 sitting uv whitening treatment and 3 sitting yellow peel, after 2 uv and 2 yellow peel session i got worst acne in my face i came clinic the doctor said they don't know why it's happens so i asked that doctor can I take treatment outside, they said first go and clear your face then you come and continue your last yellow peel session then I went another dermatologist then I take treatment, in the middle i came clinic and asked Dr vasanthakumari mam can you tell me the reason why my skin getting this much worst they connect Skype call with one doctor she said for your skin type the treatment is wrong so now you go on with salicylic peel session, then my mom get anger because of your wrong treatment acne came then how could you ask to pay amount, then vasanthakumari mam called me and said mam told to take free salicylic peel treatment my mom said we already take acne treatment outside suddenly if we change means does happens anything wrong so i take acne treatment outside then I come for whitening treatment you do this treatment for free as like my mom said after my acne treatment over dermatologist said ur acne treatment is over now onwards we start whitening treatment so I came vcare and i said about all the things to Dr.diviya she called me that high official said to do laser at rs.25499 + 2 sitting free .i said ok, and i came after 15 days to start the treatment at present Dr sherin mam I told all the think my mom asked i am already paid high expenditure so can you less 5000 in 25499 she bargain, then Dr. called that higher official and she came and said that mam told 2 option 30 percentage discount+2 sitting free or 40percentage discount this fair . now for all the clients you give offer for all skin treatment then how could you give that same for me too because of that doctor mistake i got worst acne i attached my photo below, after you see this then reply me about how fair the discount is

This is Arthi, I visited Vcare Anna Nagar - Chennai for hair loss and hair growth on October 2022. They checked my hair and informed me to take treatment immediately. The treatment cost is around 62000 with an offer. They compel me to take treatment that day itself because of the last day for that offer. So I took the treatment, initially, they ask me to pay 12000, and the remaining they converted into EMI. They told me to come 15 days once...

Hi I had visited clinic today I hv been told to pay 575 consultation later I got an receipt for 300 + 275 then they explained 275 for scan again asked to pay 2065 for one more test but so far there is no reports been submitted and they tried to avail treatment which cost 88k. Since I am not at all satisfied with the service please refund my amount 2065 + 275

I've visited vcare 7 days ago and they guided me with psoriacare product which I paid arround 15, 000inr, now I revisited the clinic and now they are portrayed different cause and trying to sell another product which costs arround 35, 000.
Regardless of money, the second product is the right solution for me from the beginning.
In that case why did they given me different product at the beginning.
I already started using one of the pack and another pack isn't opened yet. I want to return my package and initiate a refund ASAP.
Very dissatisfied with their service.
