I had a treatment at your place in Madurai for pigmentation was advised for cosmelan treatment. Treatment was done and i was given cosmelan 1 and home care kit of cosmelan 2 I had peeling for 5 to 6 days then it stopped literally and peeling should have happened for 10 - 16 days as promised. i asked doctor they stated to apply more of cosmelan 2 Applied a pinch more and also informed many times peeling stopped and it didn’t happen but they stated to apply more. Still no result of peeling and cosmelan 2 got overed now i need either the cosmelan 2 or i need 1 to be applied again seems pigment is accumulating again. Entire Cosmelan cost kit is 42K and i paid 45k for treatment and i am requesting for 1 to be reaplied well for peeling it should be 20 days of peeling i had only 6 days of peeling... i had good result while peeling dor 6 days now back to square 1 since peeling was not happening.
Get me treatmeted well ASAP.
