[Resolved]  Vcare Hair Clinic — laser treatment

Ive been taking laser treatment from vcare since may 19, such a bad response i got from that unit is that machine is not available for last 3 months (Sungam coimbatore) and everytime i have to go to another branch (Rs puram cbe), they should have informed us on this before starting the treatment and the growth is not controlled at al coz am giving 2 months gap btw two sittings which is not at all my mistake, already complaint has been raised and no prompt actions on that, fed up with the same rpy from that unit, where we can not blame the doctors and staffs who are doing good job. The same time my frnd started the same treatment in another location, who s getting good results with periodic followups, can anyone from resolution team tell me what is my mistake?? N when the machine will be available and would you call us that time?
