Vcare Hair Clinic — Skin Whitening Treatment

I am Rajashekar from Vellore, I visited Vcare clinic in Vellore to check about Skin Whitening Treatment just for a consultation. After consultation, they explained about the price for each treatment the cost too high. I said the cost is too next time I will take the treatment, but they compelled stating that we have a discount running on the treatment, we have a loan and EMI facilities and convinced me to pay the amount and also they said that you will get 100 percent result and your skin will become white after the 5 injections. So I started taking the treatment on October 25, 2022, it has been almost 7 months there is no changes in my skin. I have paid almost Rs. 2, 00, 000 for the treatment. it is a complete waste. Kindly do the needful and I need the refund of my treatment amount.

Please review this compliant and provide be justices.

Still I am paying my EMI on the treatment loan.
