[Resolved] Vcare Hair Clinic — Treatment cancellation and refund

I visited to vcare hospital at chennai velachery branch on 15th june and opted for a treatment.
Vcare manager said that they are combined with bajaj finserv and they can give me treatment based on the loan.
He brainwashed me and made me take the loan
After that again i visited to vcare on 22nd june and asked manger to cancel my treatment and refund me

Because in consultation they never told me about ayurvedic treatment.

However i haven’t taken any treatment.
It's been 1 year still they haven't cancelled the treatment yet.

Hi Team,

My customer Id is KUK21020041.

I visited Vcare on Feb 7, 2021 for a hair fall issue. I am not financially stable so i asked for the hair treatment. The doctor and branch manager furnished some info and said the cost for sessions will be 53000.

I explained my financial thing and they said it only costs the same for the entire session. I paid and attended my first sitting. But they gave me Rs 10, 000 serums, medicines, and all. Which i really can't afford.

One of my family members was diagnosed with Covid and it drained my family emotionally and financially. Please if the treatment and medicines are within 53000 its fine but more i cant afford. I request to refund my money since i can't continue the treatment. I just attended the first one, deduct that and refund the rest.

Your staff didn't explain to me that the approx cost might me this much. since for an average earner like me it is costly at present. Please refund my money and discontinue my treatment.
