Vediocon d2h — false commitment | |||
Hi This is to bring to into your notice, I am the user of Videocon D2h. I am unable to view my TV Channels, since afternoon 3:00 Pm. I have called up in afternoon on 04th Feb 2018 and spoken to advisor Kavita and got the commitment that channel will restored in 5 hours but channel is not restored yet. Hence I have to call D2h customer care again but it is very shameful to let you know after making 10 to 15 attempts I was able to connect to D2h customer care and my call was landed to Advisor name Aishwarya. Very unprofessional behavior observed from Aishwarya, Multiple time call was kept on mute. When I asked her why this is not done yet. Advisor informed it will happen today or tomorrow. Hence asked to transfer the call to manager but manager did not turned up on call and call was answered by Prashant Parida (Team leader). It took almost 15 to 20 minute to get connected to supervisor. In between multiple time call was internally transferred. No solution was given to me and I was again asked to wait for more 5 hours and informed this the broadcast issue i.e. (Channel issue) not from D2h end. Even Prashant confirmed call was made in afternoon and I was asked to wait for 5 hours but Prashant being adamant and said I cannot do anything in this hence I have asked him to transfer the call his Manager but he transferred the call to his colleague name who is also a Team leader name Anina Nayak, I have to again tell her to transfer the call to Floor Manager and then call was transferred to Floor manager, Gautam Shetty, He committed that he will give a call back today by 09:30Pm in order to resolve my issue. Moreover he will also raise the complaint regarding today tariff got wasted to due to this issue and will give me reversal. However I did not received call from Gautam Shetty wherein it was clearly instructed that I won’t be coordinating with anyone else, still Mr. Gautam Shetty arranged a call back from some other person.
