Vediocond2h — Upgrading/overcharging without customer knowledge | |||||
I have been subscribing super gold package of videocon d2h yers. On 7 th may, i recharged online for one year with one month bonus. Now i am told that since i have opted for sports channel on this day 17.5.2017 while i was just trying various toll-free numbers for knowing balance and conveying my grievance. Now i request you to please cancel sports channel and do not charge me for that. Only charges for the super gold package should be considered right from the renewal date. January 1st i was done vediocon d2h recharge but i was entered wrong id, but amount was debited in my account 206/- after process i got one message your payment was failed 6-7 business days the amount was refunded, but still it is not refunded STAN NO:550662

2hrs ago recharge of my vediocon d2h is successful but not activate my plan...I called customer care...some times not connected...some times call busy...call waiting for customer care after 22min call connected...some arguments with customer care...then he call transfer to senior department...call waiting after 18min call ended...
