[Resolved]  Vediocone d2h — Complaint regarding service

In the previous month before the date of recharge(on 20/04/2022) one of the customer care agent contacted me and remind me on the recharge and this was the first time they reminding the same. I said him i will recharge and then he asked me whether i have any problem with the d2h and i replied no. Then again he asked the same and i replied that i have no other complaints with my dish and the only problem is there will be some signal issues at rainy time. Then he said that he will refresh it and the problem will be solved. Then the dish turned off and on automatically. Then the person disconnected the phone. After that the dish came to switched off in every 10min interval. After 2-3 time i contacted customer service[protected] and the only reply they have was " We have no option to do we will file a complaint and a service agent will come and repair it and you have to pay Rs.200 for their services charge and an additional charge for repairing and this is the only thing we can do". Then i asked them "why we have to pay money. you have made this complaint and i have to pay this is not fair and i will not pay a single money" . then they repeated the same reply as earlier. At last i told them i will complaint to consumer fed then they updated dish and the problem solved without service agent. In this month our signal was lost due to my the misplacement of dish by some animals. I contacted customer service and they said we will refresh it and after that a technician came corrected the position of dish and signal problem solved. After 10min again the dish turned off and the technician said that this problem only can solved by customer care agent by updating the dish. So i again contacted customer care agent. Then they are repeating same reply as above. My problem is not solved yet and i am sure that they can solved it by updating. D2H is always cheating their customers for money. They only need to update the system to solve the problem. So kindly resolve my problem as soon as earlier or refund the amount i recharged so that i could take another connection from any other dish.
