Veena World — Complain regarding Hotel new park

Kashmir is heavenly beautiful . First two days were amazing.Tour managers were best at their work. The only complain we had was about Hotel new park, Srinagar. Service as well as food was worse.Kheer had foul odour, roti was uncooked. Many instances of flies and worms were caught. The same thing was repeated next day inspite of complaining hotel manager. This resulted in food poisoning and vomiting in many of the people in our group. After such terrifying incidents we decided to have lunch at our own expenses in Hotel `Welcome’ which was quiet hygienic. Our group had a meeting with tour manager regarding the service and food issues.They managed to have dinner in Hotel Batra which was quiet decent.Though we had enjoyed intitially, last three days made our tour miserable. Veena world should henceforth look up decent hotels which would make tour worth the package
