Veena World — wrong information and ignorance of team

Mam,
I want mrs veena patil to read this mail.

Veena world executives had treated me very rude and badly.
I wanted to book 2 seats of mauritius tour on 25 th of june.
100 times i called[protected].
I was taking follow up since last month.
Executives keep on telling seats are available.
Sangli office executives also told same thing.
When i went for booking with money, sangli office executives refused to take bookings.
After calling several times, they are telling me seats are not available.
Only 2 last seats are available.
And i was calling them since a single seat was not booked.
We were trusting veena world.
But hence forward we won’t book any tour through veena world.
They sent people on tour if they want to.
Very much disappointed with veena work team.
My tour cancelled.
I was pregnant so i was willing to go with veena world coz of trust & security. Also i told i need middle seats. I had talk with ashlesha and tour manager also.
And trying to book seats from 1 st of may 2018. But because of wrong information and ignorance of veena world team, my tour cancelled.

I want mrs veena mam should read this mail and understand my pain of canceled tour.

Very much disappointed with veena world.
Will tell everyone not to trust veena world. Team is not keeping promises.
