I placed a order-19374 online using my netbanking information. Today, the delivery boy came from some third party and he is saying it is cash on delivery(COD) I showed my online billing information - where it is showing Prepay option I am attaching the screenshot There is request call back option in website for providing the service i requested 8 times no one called me back and I have sent emails to [protected]@vefro.com multiple times to know about the status no one acknowledges that email I am clueless what to do and 548:00 INR is processed I returned the product to the delivery boy as he asked me to pay the money which i already paid online Was this information helpful? | |||||
