Hello Sir,

I have purchased a pair of shoes from vefro.com an online shopping website. but i have received a shoes of wrong size.

Payment has already been done. but now i have to replace it with one size higher than they shipped.

I have also called their customer service number, but no one is picking up call over there. I have also generated a complaint on their website and also sent them a mail for raising the complaint for the replacement of this product.

But i am fed up now, as i have been trying to contact them since last 2 months.

please look in to this issue on priority basis.

Hi Sir,

I have purchase a pair of shoes from vefro.com and I have got wrong shoes as I have order product A and I have received product B..

But now I want to replace it because the colour is different .

I have also called their customer servi number, but no one is picking up the call over there.I have also generated a complaint on their website and also sent them a mail for raising the complaint for the replacement of this product.

But I am fed up now, as I have been trying to contact them since last 3 to 4 days.
