Hi I want to return the shoes due to imperfect size i was mail you about my return but still i didn't get any response My order no :14108, i need a bigger size same shoes

we are continuously trying to call but no one answering the call have received a wrong size product is very good but but its too small how can some one wear it if its short, even i have sent mails reminders it delivering the product they are in touch but after the delivery god knows what had happened whats the issue with them, what type of service they are giving, at least they might think of someones feelings, i have ordered this one to gift it also they have loved this product but whats the reason of loving this shoes if it cant be worn.

its a request kindly look into this and get it replaced.

Vefro — I placed a return for my shoes and they are not picking it up

It is now about a fortnight that i have placed my return order and they are not even picking it up.. not a single response came from their side.. my first return id was #658 and now today i gain placed return with id #682..
i wish to return my shoe because that is very small size for my feet..
