Order number is #17887, i ordered a pair of doc martin casual white size 7, but it is very loose for me. Can you please tell me how and where i can return it for size change. I want a shoes of size 6.

I mailed them twice in two days. They didn't reply me even once and there is contact number in the site, where i can contact and tell them about my problem.
It's very disgusting that these types of companies are doing there business in india and making fool of indian. Is there any law which can interfere in our matter.
