Vefro — Returning back shoes

I ordered Dry men loafers(shoes) from www.vefro.com on 21 of july. I want to return them back. But they are not responding, neither on phone nor on email.I have already sent about 10 emails and almost tried their contact number 20 times. Its cost is 899INR. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible as this company has only 20 day return back policy.

I had order (Order ID: 3143) Dry Men Sky Blue Flag Patch Slip On Loafers( sky blue colour inside yellow) on 10th Sep, and i add comment that if possible send me size 10 number, i had received your mail also that we sending Size no-10. But today when i received it color was different . even size also 9. so i request you please change my color as per your website color. i also attached photograph which one i need . so please as soon as possible change my loafer and if possible send size no 10. but mainly i need that color only. you send me gray colour product code is 514. but actual order sky Blue flag patch slip on loafer product code 464. so what is this cheating to customer, your charges Rs 1499, & give product RS 1249.
