Vefro — Unable to return a wrong product | |||||
I had ordered a shoe from vefro website and it was cash on delivery. The product was delivered on time and its not the right size and I am trying to return it but unable to do so. The email id which i had used to login and order, it says now that no such email exists. i called the helpline number but no response. Its been 3-4 days i have been trying but nothing at all. Feels like 1500 has been wasted for nothing.Please assist.
