Vefro — Wrong product | |||
Hello Sir, My Oder no=5212 I have purchased a pair of shoes from vefro.com an online shopping website. but i have received a shoes of wrong size. Payment has already been done. but now i have to replace it with one size higher than they shipped. I have also called their customer service number, but no one is picking up call over there. I have also generated a complaint on their website and also sent them a mail for raising the complaint for the replacement of this product. But i am fed up now, as i have been trying to contact them since last 1 months. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had recieved order number 6489 but size of shoes is small. I had dropped email to [protected]@vefro.com but i havent recieved any response yet. Please do let me know how can i get it replaced with one number higher?
