Vega Auto Accessories — Defective Vega Ryker Dual Visor Helmet

I bought a vega ryker dual visor hemet recently. It's inner visor is a yellow-ish one.
Upon using just 2 times, its inner visor has damaged. It's sunshade is teared up in some places with each opening and closing of visor. It's a very defective one. I have complained about this to the retail outlet from which i have bought this helmet but didn't get any compensation. They told me to contact the headquarters. This is pure cheating. The helmet costs 1620 and i deserve a compensation from Vega.
