Vega Auto Accessories — Delivery of product

I have a ordered a gloves from Vega auto official website on 9th April and it is now 19th April still didn't got my product. Product is recieved in the post office on 15 April but still no one is delivering it. Costumer care of Vega is saying it will be resolved in a week, means I will wait for another week. Huh this is so disappointed.
