[Resolved] Vega Auto Accessories — No customer support for a broken helmet

I ordered a Cruiser (CR-K) helmet online on 12/01/2016. I received the helmet on 17/01/2016. I tried fitting on my head, but the screw to fix face shield is unscrewing and jumping out of the helmet. we will not be able to use it outside because we dont know when it will jump out the screw. So I raised a return request there was no response. I contacted the customer support by filling the online form. No response.I tried calling the customer support. The number is a not a working number. I need the replacement for it. Or I need the money back. If I return the product, I don't know whether they will replace or I will get my money back.

Poor customer support. My next step is this. Let me see what next.

Complaint marked as Resolved

No solution. i don't know how it is marked as resolved. Even now they are not responding. they have mentioned that the product has to be returned within 15 days. I am not able to believe them, will they really refund my money. If they agree it, I am ready to ship it immediately. Or else I will lose my money as well as the broken helmet. I dont have the option to revoke this resolved option. The problem is not yet resolved.
