Vega Auto Accessories — engine warranty

We purchase access suzuki 4.10 years ago from junagadh girnar auto pvt. Ltd. And they can't tell us about any services. They only tell us about the engine warranty of 5 years, but now the told (Lal darwaza, ahmedabad) that we didn't maintain the service schedule. And also tell that we need to go junagadh to repair our access. So can you please tell me what i do now?
Please solve this problem as soon as possible.
